So awful. Always terrible customer service. If they didn't have a monopoly on the industry they would have gone out of business long ago. If I had any choices I would never darken their door again. So rude, so ineffective.

If I could give this store a 0% rating I would. From the shitty managers to the even shitter customer service reps who won't help you with your phone but tell you to go to the Apple Store or buy a brand new one AFTER YOU PAY OFF THE PHONE THATS NOT WORKING!!! This store is the worst Verizon store in middle TN and the manager deserves to be FIRED!! Please go to any other store but this one. You'll be cheated out of money by the planet of the apes.

Maybe I'm old but it would have been nice to know to sign in at the kiosk upon entering.... I was passed in line. The people we're not friendly but they were not rude... I suppose impersonable would be a better term to describe it. BTW if you buy a phone from a salesman on the street and Open the box you can't return it without paying 50$ restock fee! Even though we opened it in the store...!P.s. I phones come with a charger cord but not charging block!!! What a ploy!P.ss- you can go online and qualify for phone bill discount if your children eat free lunch at school!!!

Best experience ever! You just need the right associate. Alex was amazing and we had an amazing experience. He was patient and kind with every inquiry. I definitely recommend this location.

Too bad I can't give a negative star! Called customer service before heading out to the Murfreesboro store on Thompson. The rep on the phone was helpful however the kid in front of the store wasn't so I just walked out!! He needs some customer service training. Been a Verizon customer over 10 years but sadly I think its time to change carriers.

Well I appreciate all these reviews are the good or bad but Canada speak the truth here? Verizon is the most evil crooked dumb ass company on the planet. My frustration with them days back to 1999 when I had Verizon coverage and tried to end it and had months and months of issues to rectify billing issues because they just wanted their fucking money. It was so bad over the course of several months that I swore to never be better for Verizon again. Now in 2022 when my aunt passed away, the end that I've been helping for years with her bills and finances, I tried to Claire everything out with Verizon in good faith. But no they could not do that. She died in January and now it is August and it took this long to get any reconciliation of her bill. And we finally got closure Verizon ended up charging her account after she died. Yes I said that. I had the phone cut off beginning of February yet later in February there were charges on her account and they had us responsible for them. She died on January 25. How honorable of them. Verizon can rot in hell. And anyone who does business with them is a fucking idiot. Peace.

I needed a sim card only . I was an verizon customer already but the store person refuse to give me the service he said we are going to close at 7pm and we have long wait time even though store was empty I went to store at 5pm their were 2 hours but they refuse to help

I really wish I would have read these reviews before going to this location. Do your self a favor and go to another store. I've been with Verizon for over a decade and have never been treated with such disregard. The young staff here have no idea what their doing and the managers do not care if they mess up. There was clear miscommunication in regards to what I was paying for, went back not even 24 hours later to get it straightened out and the staff were rude and would not help me. They bully you into walking away and should never treat their customers like this. I ended up paying almost triple the amount that I was suppose to and they refused to help. I never write bad reviews but this one blew my mind.

The man that helped me out yesterday was wonderful and walked me through the process with his great sense of humor!! My poor rating is not because of the customer service, but rather the after math that has now happened TWICE to my family. Every time we go to this Verizon store, something within their purchasing process gives out our information insecurely to people trying to take advantage of it. A few months ago, my fiance got his identity stolen, as well as his card (the one he used to make the purchase) compromised within a week of going to this store. I went to the store YESTERDAY and my card has been compromised (Also the one that I used yesterday). We have different banks and credit card companies that we rely on, so it is not in relation to them. I am now changing all of our account information on everything for the second time in 3 months. I am hoping they will look into this and prevent this from happening to others in the future!!

I waited 30 minutes and nobody greeted nor offered to help me. I arrived 20 minutes prior to them closing and they want to tell me they are closed after ignoring me during the entire duration of my visit.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They made a mistake when we got an additional line and charges us for three lines instead of two. Waited three hours only to be told I need to speak tp manager. She tried to blame us of course and spent three minutes and left. Poor manager and overall poor service. Lady beside me was wanting a new phone, waited and hour and said she was going elsewhere. Go anywhere but here, one star is way too high/

Went in, someone reluctantly took my name and put me into the "system". I waited an hour & 40 minutes while observing the most uninspired staff I have ever witnessed in a retail store. A new staff member showed up and started taking customers as soon as they entered the store; ahead of those of us who had been waiting. Just before I blew a gasket, a staff person came over and ask how he could help. Absolutely no motivation in this store. Go to Comcast/Xfinity, same network at half the price plus outstanding customer service!
