Went in to pay off my wife's phone and bring her to At&t, but the sales person Hunter was persistent. He promised me that my bill bundled together with their home internet would be matched with At&t. I told him I was with firstnet and was getting a really good deal because of being a first responder. He promised it would be the same. And here I am with a $40 more expensive bill every month. I came in to discuss my bill and they said there was nothing that they could do. So I guess lying to customers to make the sale is the way to go. And I guess this isn't so much a 1 star review for the service, because the service itself is fine. Lesson learned, what isn't broke, don't fix it.

If you buy a phone from this place make sure you read over the quote. I got home and realized Hulu/ESPN was slipped into my plan. I never expressed any interest in purchasing it and my sales person never went over it with me. Perhaps it's included in some fine print or disclaimer, either way it should've been verbally discussed with me. I also decided that I simply wanted to exchange my iphone for a deferent color. (I never activated it or set it up) and they told me it would be a $50 Restocking fee. Which would be totally understandable if I just wanted to return the phone completely, but I just simply want a different color. Very poor customer service.
The rep that I spoke to This morning was rude and unfriendly. Her words were "how did you not realize it (the hulu/ESPN+) was on there if it was on the quote". As a car salesman I have no clue how types of people with these attitudes end up in active customer service positions.

The assistant manager is very condescending and not helpful. I have had an open support case for 5 months and the manager refused to tell me my bill information. I have a broken toe and unable to drive. He said he did not care about my problems and that I could talk to Ashley the store manager. The phone service is not working and they lied and told me they would refund me. I am upset, put down and miserable being a Verizon customer

I went to Verizon today to inquire about opening a business internet account and to check out the available offers. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a young lady. After asking her about the available offers for business internet, she responded in a very unprofessional manner. She didn’t want to share any details about the offers, and I had to be the one asking for information I already had from friends, like discounts, adding phone lines to the internet plan, or whether there were any discounts on phones.
Her responses were extremely rude, and she didn’t even ask me a single question about my business—like my address, the type of business, whether I have a Tax ID, or whether I’m interested in subscribing. She didn’t even bother asking for any details about my business or showing interest in whether I’d sign up or not.
This was a very poor customer service experience, totally unworthy of a reputable company like Verizon.

I came in a few weeks ago to pay off the remaining balance on my phone and experienced a weird encounter at the Murfreesboro location. I forgot to get her name but she was short with brown hair, the whole encounter was weird from the beginning. She never informed me about what my monthly bill would be after the process was done. She asked me if I wanted to keep a perk on my account and I specifically told her no I don’t need it. Today I reached out to Verizon as to why my phone bill was still so high after paying off the phone. I was told I had an additional perk on my line that I respectfully declined prior to paying off my phone therefore my bill skyrocketed $30+. My mom has even had a weird encounter with the same lady. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

This store and the associates were great, probably one of the better ones I've been in. The customer service as a whole is terrible. I Have a problem with a phone that they can not seem to fix. The issue is their fault and for some reason every person dosent have access to the same things so after transferring 10 times they say that they will call me back when someone above them is avaliable and it never happens. So I have a 1500$ phone that isn't usable. Thanks.

Went into the store sept 14th for a screen protector for my flip 4, there was a man there that told me I don't need a screen protector (even though it's a soft LCD screen that you shouldn't even touch without one) and he proceeded to take my phone from me and scratch the right corner with his finger nail. He damaged the screen so it has a dent and scratches on it. You break I fix had the protector I needed and noticed how badly it was damaged so I called and Spoke to Jeremiah the manager. He said he would speak to the employee about the issue (like the employee would admit to it or if they didn't it actually makes a difference) instead of pulling up the camera feed from the store. Jeremiah said he would call me back and that has been exactly 23 days ago. Don't trust these people with your phones. They really don't know much about them.

Horrid service in-store and online. Loyal customer for over a decade, now studying my options for a new cell phone provider. Two trips to the store in the last few months - average wait time (not exaggerated) was 30 minutes. Called tech support today regarding a defective phone - the automated system would just hang up, this happened over a dozen times. I've never experienced such a rapid decline in service from a company.

Hateful sales lady told her what I needed she ask me again so I repeated what I was there for she accused me of being snotty and Hateful I said a few choise words told her I would find someone else to help me and walked out. We have been customers for 34+ years just lost my husband and didn't need some Hateful sales lady that obviously wanted to go eat her pizza.

I am a 76 year old senior veteran of the U S Army (Vietnam) that got tired of sharing a cell phone with my wife. I went to Verizon to get a phone and line and the salesman promised me a free phone and a military discount on the service. The bottom
line is that after I bought the phone and service they couldn’t give me the military discount and they charged me a restocking fee on the new cell
phone that I brought back. The next day I walked out the store losing $84.87. That is no way to treat a potential customer, much less a senior U S Army veteran.

Our experience took a while, but we did A LOT of changes. Each person was helpful, and Kevin went above and beyond to help get us everything. I was very impressed by his kindness and patience.

Wait times are terrible. Here in the store now and all the employees are tied up with customers. I have a simple return transaction but have to wait on other customers who are signing up for plans/etc. They should have an employee at the front desk at all times

Had a crazy amount of confusion when I went in. My wife upgraded fine and I was told that day there was a promotion for me to get an early upgrade even though I still owed $400 on my phone. When I came in two days later, the guy helping me acted like I was crazy for bringing it up. Then looks around his tablet and then says there is an early upgrade option but to do it you have to upgrade your line. This line he said was the exact same as the one I have now but cost $20 more a month for no reason. Probably the worst salesman and communication I’ve ever seen. He needs a new job. Don’t lie to someone to get them in the door then change what you have to do to upgrade by paying more for “no difference.” Go to a different Verizon store.

Came in to go over our plan and see about upgrading all of our devices. We were next inline and watched 2 people come in after us and they were helped and when the 3rd person came in and they called her name skipping past us we left. Might have been a little racism going on from the greeter.
