Check your account very carefully when using this store. I added a new line and when I asked about charges they showed me a screen and said there was nothing they could do about the monthly bill changes. When I reviewed the bill later they had added on multiple services I never asked for and were not explained to me.

Don’t order a phone here and expect to get it. Ordered a phone 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. When going into the store to find a status on the order we find out it was sold because we were never informed to come pick it up. Seriously debating on switching to a different service provider. I pay way to much a month to have this kind of service

I’m giving Emily Rose a 5 star review! She was very helpful and informative when helping me and my mom pick out my new phone. That was the fastest phone switch I have ever experienced and it’s usually a 6 hour nightmare! But not this time Emily helped us figure out our plan and switched my old phone to my new phone fast. And she’s very personable and fun to talk to. Thank you Emily!

Eddie was amazing!! Had trouble setting up a stand alone Apple Watch and Eddie was able to get us all set up! This store has great customer service! Thank you so much!!

Very rude staff. Took my mom in hoping they could talk to her about an alternative to her current carrier. They were condescending and just plain rude! Will never think about Verizon again. Thank goodness they are not my carrier!

Almost all the staff was very rude and condescending. Seemed almost annoyed at me asking for help to set my new phone up. Staff rolled eyes when I entered the store and most sat behind the counter talking and laughing at me as I’m trying to set my new phone up. Won’t be returning to this Verizon.

Came in for my very first time to a version store, needed to ask someone for some help and the group of employees talking behind the counter could not even bother to acknowledge that I was standing there in need of help. A girl came out from the back and looked at me and told me to just go press start on the kiosk. Finally someone did end up helping me just wish it wasn’t so difficult to ask.

They did somewhat well. It seemed like the woman didn't want to help me with the cellphone. My plan has six lines. I bought a Motorola Moto g 5G 2022 at Best Buy. Since I didn't buy it at Verizon the woman didn't really want to wait on me.

My husband visited this store twice to turn in our phones for trade-in. In the first attempt, the store employee told us they couldn't take the phones because there was no shipping label. We called Verizon and requested the shipping label. He returned to the store, and the store manager refused to accept the phones. He told the manager he would then call Verizon. She smirked and told him that wouldn't change her mind and refused to accept the phones because they were not bought in this store. She was absolutely unprofessional in every capacity. The instructions directly from the Verizon account SPECIFICALLY named this store location as the place the phones needed to be returned. We filed a verbal complaint with Verizon, and the representative agreed the store manager was incorrect. We have been customers for 15 years. Do better Verizon.

If you’re ever looking to upgrade your phone, I definitely recommend coming to this store. In particular I recommend seeing Christian or John for help with your purchase.I came into the store a few weeks ago and purchased an iPhone 14 pro max. I was in and out of the store multiple times over the last two weeks following my purchase because I was indecisive about whether to keep my pro max or downgrade to the regular 14 pro.Christian helped me on my first few visits and John helped me on my final visit - where I settled on the pro max and couldn’t be happier. Both of them were very patient with me throughout this process, and I was thankful for their help.

I thought I had the “black screen of death” around 3:00 AM, stayed up for about an hour and googled how to fix it. Nothing I tried worked.? I thought I had lost irreplaceable photos and videos. So I went to the Verizon store in Murfreesboro and Julius was amazing and saved my phone! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Julius for saving my memories! Google only allows 5 stars, but I give you infinity stars!!!!

I got a new phone and Alex was very helpful in quickly getting it set up and everything restored to it from the old one. I had a technical problem the next day and Julius was also very helpful and had it solved quickly. This kind of customer service is why I have been a Verizon customer for more than 20 years. Thank you both so very much.
