If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. First off this store is HARDLY open, every single time I've come they have been closed for 45+ mins or just didn't even open for the day with an excuse of a "local power outage" when i can see lights on and the neighboring businees all open with power. Second we came for business wifi and it was horrible in our area, even though we were promised it would have 100+ megabits "mo matter where you go as long as the device is plugged in and on". We have been back multiple times, and everytime they are closed.A refund was promised if we were not satisfied within 30 days. We are finally able to get here at a time they are suprisingly open and and the guy messed up the entire process. He tried to charge us the restocking fee even though they said they would waive it, he told us he'd call us with an update. He never called so we came back and spoke to another man who told us the first guy didn't even do it correctly and that he would call or we'd have the full refund by the weekend. 3 days after the weekend, still no refund, still no call, nothing. Came back up here and because of the mistake on their end.Now we have to wait for a check to come by mail. Seriously bad service, to the point I dread everything coming back here. There is a much better location just a few streets over.Like I said I'd rate a 0 if it was an option. They aren't very professional, they don't follow through when they say they will contact you and they don't really seem to know what they are doing.

I bought a business internet gateway from here. Initially, the internet speed was slow (averaged about 4-6mbps), so I brought it back in and asked them why that was. They man said it was not set up correctly and offered to fix it. We ran a test on the store, and it tested at 100+ mbps. I was told that no matter where I was, this device should offer me the same speeds I was just shown. After returning back home, yet again, I was getting an average speed of 3-5mbps. I decided to just go ahead and return the device, seeing as I had a 30-day money back guarantee.Well, I attempted to bring it in to return, but for about a week straight, every time I showed up, the store was closed during normal business hours. Finally, I was able to get in to return the device, and instead of giving me a return, I was charged more money, told that was a mistake and they would fix it and the return should post the following day. Fast forward 3 to 4 days and still no return. So now I go back to the store, and I called ahead (which they don't make easy to contact the store, since the number posted brings you to a generic call center not connected to the store) and told him I am on my way to get my refund and was told okay we are open until 7pm, but when I show up, there is a sign on the door saying sorry we will be back soon. Fast forward again now 2 weeks after the initial return, and I just found out they are mailing me a check because rather than just processing a return to my card.All together, I do NOT recommend coming here. It's near IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them via phone. None of the employees are on the same page. Professionalism and courtesy are seriously lacking at this location. Most of the time you show up, the store is locked. In all honesty, you'd be better off going to the store location just 2-3 blocks away.

Just purchased a new 1k dollar IPhone 15 Pro max and went to this location to both turn my old phone in and get my new one activated. Sales guy tells me there is a $30 in store activation fee. Absolutely ridiculous. You want me to pay an extra fee to turn my new phone on?!?! Then the same sales guy asked me if I wanted to buy some accessories. What a clown store.

The young man I worked with was the only one in the store. He was very courteous and polite. Did not rush me even when a small rush of customers came in.

Jayden has to be the most helpful,professional customer service representative i've ever encountered! While he wasn't the person to sell me my phone, he was excellent at helping when I went back two days later to pick it up. He was patient while answering my questions. Where he really shined was two days later, when my husband and I needed some clarification on our prior statements. Jayden explained every detail and made sure my husband understood everything. My husband isn't one to give 'a pat on the back' easily, but he was completely satisfied with this transaction! It's easy to complain about younger people not caring about doing good customer service, but Jayden even earned an A+!

Krista made my experience very easy and quick. She was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Verizon is very lucky to have her employed. I will always go back to that store and highly recommended it. Give her a raise...double her salary! Thank you Krista!

I visited on Wednesday, November 29th, around 1:30 PM and nobody was in the store even though the listed hours said they were supposed to be open.

I had a great customer service experience with Evan. He is an amazing multi tasker, while doing it all with a smile. Great at his job! Nice to walk away feeling like someone took the time to care & gave you the best deal possible.

Came in the store today frustrsted about my Samsung Android. I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb the stote Manager. He was waiting on someone when I walked in, but immediately acknowledged me.Within five minutes, hexwas working on my phone problems, within fivrteen minutes, I was out of there. He was very friendly and very efficient.

If you make an appointment, give yourself an hour to get there. 45 min into my set appointment time, the clerk is trying to sell earphones to an old lady who never asked for them. Time wasted.
