This practice was great at first. Really enjoyed their exotic vet, very knowledgeable and great for my two rats. However, when I called to make an emergency appointment I was told the exotic vet no longer works there. No one thought it may be smart to notify any exotic patient that your only exotic vet left the practice? It takes one bulk email. One.
Because of this the person who answered the phone gave me a few other vets in the area who see rats. Great. You did the minimum, kudos.
Dr Haley in Lebanon was MUCH more helpful on the phone. They gave me an emergency vet to call who can see my rat that day. It’s pathetic to know the person who answered the phone at Vet Assoc couldn’t give me that number in the first place considering she KNEW it was an emergency. VEG is less than a few miles from you, it’s hard to believe you aren’t aware it exists.
I know legally you don’t, but your lack of thought and professionalism cost me $175 dollars for that emergency visit. Not to mention the follow up I’ll be doing with Dr Haley, which I will have to pay *another* fee for a new established vet.
I will never recommend this place for anything but a simple dog and cat appointment, it seems any exotics are left in the dust.
Do better.

Everyone is so nice, friendly, & makes you feel like family. I love the assistant and his beautiful smile & love he showed my girl. The dr & front desk lady was so nice. And also had big beautiful smiles. Something u don't see alot of now days. I prayed over the office & some little JESUS & left a couple at the office. If anyone would like one I'd be more than glad to drop off more. Because we all need a little Jesus.

0 stars to them & Most importantly their so called “MANAGER” she thinks she’s special cuz she’s a manager at a vets office- please bye girl bye. You ain’t nobody. Talking to me like you are really running something. #1 PETTY-over one can of dog food. I wouldn’t take myself here if we’re an animal in need nor my pets after the way they acted over a can of dog food. I wonder what they’d do for a person wanting to buy a literal can of dog food becuz of it being a Friday and timing- I work full time 3 jobs & deeply care for my girls !!!!! NOTHING was wrong with what I needed or an issue, you just didn’t wannna sell a can of dog food that easily could have been shown a proof or verified script no else else acts likes this over dog food not even Walmart or local vets you are LAZY. The problem is the manager LACK OF ONE & skills. I am an actual MANAGER AKA LEADER & serve my community- I look for the SOLUTION NOT THE PROBLEM nor make them up . Y’all showed how you’re more about legal issues over the DOGS / animals you service. More of that than a can of dog food a dog & getting food. 1 can becuz y’all were five mins near my office than my vet. Who is a true vet and amazing, would have happily verified DR TO DR, but this “manger” was tripping on a high pedestal like she really is doing something real big in life running a small animal clinics you my dear manage ARE SMALL.. If I could I’d call this office every day and keep bringing that attitude back down. I would but I am not petty. I’m blown over this. A can of dog food. This place needs to get rid of their fake manager I highly doubt that was even a manager. Just wants to be. This vet should really be concerned who or she or them has running their office. THIS IS A COMMUNITY DO BETTER. Literally ONE CAN OF DOG FOOD THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN PAID FOR AN ANIMAL IN YOUR COMMUNITY JUST TO HELP THE NEXT PERSON OUT. Had you thought about it, all that had to be done was a script verify! I didn’t need my animal to be seen! I don’t want y’all’s gets serviced. I have never had this issue at any clinic in this town, you must of been on drugs. Just like the receptionist sound who slurred her speech. Whispering. I wanted to make a purchase just to get by until I got to my vet. Little girl didn’t want to listen. True animal lovers & those that care for them. Should b willing to help fellow community members. I didn’t want free I just neeeded a simple act of kindness that I would pay for. There are No legal issues over a can of dog food & with proof of script fool. Dog food isn’t a control substance idiots . Why the hell would I sue someone over a can of dog food that I know my dog needs & brands info etc? With a legit script. Would not even get the vet on the phone. I literally am still laughing at this, that I’d sue over a can of dog food , That would cost someone more legal fees than the DOG FOOD FOOL. I reached out to a fellow agency in my community, thankfully my company doesn’t turn anyone in need away or service or a paying customer! I would love to hear from the actual owner and vet who owns this place.

Love this place and Dr Morgan and his wife who is also a veterinarian there. They are affordable and really seem to care about their furry patients. I'm glad I found out where he went after he left another veterinary practice.

Having to say goodbye to a member of your family is one of the most difficult things anyone has to do, but one that is required to own our 4 legged friends.
Dr H and the staff were kind, courteous, and truly remorseful to have to advise me that my beautiful Hima-persian Mona was in renal failure and suffering. I did not hesitate to make the right decision and they gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye to her.
My sorrow and loss was an eventuality but their care went above and beyond. This is the only wise choice for your pet care in Murfreesboro. Thank you to the whole staff.

They are extremely friendly and very accommodating to their clients needs. They take excellent care of our dogs. Dr Morgan told us things about our dogs that a previous vet had never mentioned. And their prices are very reasonable.

I've never been a patient at this facility before, but I had to make the difficult decision to put my dog of 11 years, Yeezy, to sleep. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. Yeezy was my dog I got in college and followed me into adulthood, I'm 32 years old now. We lived on my family's farm and he took care of me just as much as I took care of him. Safe to say, my life now has completely changed as it was just us.
When I called Vet Associates, they squeezed me in and took care of me and Yeezy and treated us as if we had been patients there for years. I want to say thank you to you all and your team for your love, care, and empathy, that was a hard day for me and you all guided me through it. I received a beautiful card today from you all and it really means a lot to me. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism with me and my boy Yeezy during his final days. Whenever I get the courage to own another pet, I'll be sure to bring them here.

Dr Beasley is so gentle, kind, tender and patient not only with our pets but the owners as well. The staff are welcoming and answered all our questions. The office has run on time for appointments. We would recommend this vet
