Visionworks Doctors of Optometry in Murfreesboro, TN offers a wide range of eyewear and eye care services. With licensed independent eye doctors on-site, they provide comprehensive eye exams for adults and children to detect any underlying conditions. Their friendly eyewear specialists can assist with both glasses and contact lenses, featuring designer and exclusive brands like Ray-Ban, Nike, and Longchamp. Customers have had mixed experiences at this Visionworks location. While some have praised the optometrist as professional and thorough, others have found the customer service to be lacking. One customer had a particularly unpleasant interaction with a rude and argumentative front desk staff member, which created a hostile environment. However, the store does offer same-day appointments and a decent selection of frames. Overall, Visionworks Doctors of Optometry in Murfreesboro is a trusted optical retailer with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, though the customer service experience may vary. Customers looking for a convenient eye care provider with a wide range of eyewear options may find Visionworks to be a suitable choice, but should be prepared for the possibility of encountering less-than-stellar customer service.
This is the greatest place to get glasses, the staff is so helpful and I didn't have to wait. I will go back to this visionworks.

I had a great experience here. Michael was very helpful and patient when I picked out my glasses. The doctor was also nice.
