This place is the type of dealership that gives sales professionals a bad reputation! They sold me a car that barely met the limit of LTV for financing and failed to let me know that I would qualify for refinancing after 5 months of paying on time. Now a year later of making payments at 28.6% I'm stuck because my LTV is 179% based on mileage. Had I been property consulted as a consumer I would have taken a newer car with lower mileage at a higher payment temporarily until I met the refinancing requirements.
$657 a month for a 2019 with over 140k miles smfh they should be ashamed of themselves! That explains why they had to sell out and under new ownership!!!

Driving cross country and warning lights start to flash; pulled over and looked up nearest VW service...10 miles to Murfreesboro. All I can say is Thank God for such a wonderful experience. No charge. That's an old Gospel song my dear Grandmother sang; all the time. Thank you VW of Murfreesboro.

My daughter bought a car from them Memorial weekend. When test driving it, a light came on. They assured her and I both that it was something small with the computer. That it would be an easy fix and that they would have their mechanic on Monday fix it. Sounded weird since Monday was memorial day but we went with it. On Tuesday, they contacted her and said that it actually needed a complete new engine!! Well, it’s now July 5th and she has no car and when she contacted them today they told her they haven’t even started on the repair. They think she should be happy since they gave her a loaner and are fixing it for free. Ummm you have to fix it since she didn’t even drive it off the lot so absolutely within their 90 day warranty and was part of the purchase agreement and the least you could do was give her a loaner since now she is paying on a car she doesn’t even have. Really, I think they should give her a completely new car since obviously something is seriously wrong with the one she purchased. Please go somewhere else to get a car.

Window Regulator stopped working on my vehicle. Took the vehicle in on the 28th of May and had it checked out, was told that part had to be ordered and should be in on Wednesday of the following week and told them to schedule appointment for Saturday the 4th of June. Was told that they would call as soon as part come in and schedule a time for the 4th of June. Almost a week went by and never heard from volkswagon of murfreesboro. Wife called to see if the part came in and it had come, but was told that service turned down and that's why they never called, when the fact is that the service was not turned down, but lack of communication on the service dept. and scheduling dept. resulted in me having to having to wait another week to get my window repaired. Went to the appointment on the 11th of June dropped vehicle off at 9:00am and did get vehicle back until 4:00pm that afternoon. Tried calling around 15 or 17 times to check on the status of the vehicle and could not get through due to busy signal. Finally after the 20th call got someone. Was told technician broke a clip to the regulator and that he was waiting for a thumbs up when it was ready took about 45 minutes to an hour before we heard from them. Bottom line the service was poor, they got grease on the seats and door panel and did not remove all the tape adhesive from the window seal.

Diagnosis was fairly quick! Lyft rides home and back (12 minute drive). When the part was in, estimated time to fix was exactly on point. Able to give advisor module that was in error (and replaced).

Brought the car in for a recall. Happen to have a rear tail light out. Also asked for tge $39 diagnostic while it was there. Was told on the phone when I made the appointment that I would not be charged for the diagnostic unless they had to "open" something up. Well when I got called when my car was ready. I had a $103 bill. Thats after declining an $149 other diagnostic. Needless to say I was not happy at all. I wasn't told upbfront how much I stalling a tail light woukd cost but I didn't expect $50 bucks.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my Car to Murfreesboro Volkswagen due to a leak. Service was quick as soon as I arrive at service center. Next day I was told about the leakage/how much would cost.
