Went in this morning to get a Uber order that was sitting in a cart behind the counter thinking like everywhere else I grab my order scan and go here comes this dude African American (like me) who saw me walk in walked off proceeds to tell me that I wasn’t supposed to grab that next time come and grab him with a attitude when he saw me walk in I didn’t appreciate his tone nor his attitude it wasn’t that serious for him to speak to me that way when I was just doing my job must have wanted to feel important lol….

SMH every time I call in and get my son meds refill they never have his medicine in stock I done even called in early just for them to make sure they have it stock and soon as I refill it they tells me they don’t have it in stock or they can only give me what they have it just don’t make no sense cause I go too them all the time this would be my last time going to them I would just find another pharmacy cause that’s ridiculous whoever over them they need get on them about this cause what are you all doing ?

Worst ever. Pharmacy does not answer phones. Products locked up and employees never respond to call to retrieve locked products. Unacceptable.

Awful pharmacy. Lied to me about my meds being in stock then when I tried to call back they put me on hold for THIRTY minutes and never picked up. Will never use again.

Ive used this pharmacy for at least 15 years and do not understand some of the comments. I have honestly never had a problem, and whenever there has been some miscommunication or issue between the doctors office or insurance and the pharmacy, they have always bent over backwards to fix it immediatly. Great pharmacy in my opinion

Nice staff, but don't call your a 24 hour store if your system goes down for maintenance 4 to 5 hours a night... just saying we need a 24 hour pharmacy....

I love not having to worry about what time they.close because they don't! This is important for people like me that work all day. They typically have all medications within the estimated time. Friendly staff!

Tayler was absolutely amazing and helpful she went above and beyond to help me when I was having issues with the Walgreens app. she was very patient even when it was time for her shift to end she didn't complain. She will be missed i saw her interacting with many customers very friendly. The gentleman that was working at the register with her sorry I can't remember his name but he was friendly and good worker also.

Called to get my non DEA prescription transferred to the correct Store and XENA the supposed mgr was rude the agent before her refused to send my prescribed meds to the correct walgreens had to call that location and I was able to confirm that this store could and should've sent t
It over and not made me make multiple phone calls. Poor service combative rude pharmacist and techs, don't listen and don't care I will be contacting the BBB as well in regards to.this as well as posting the recording of the phone calls from today's failed service, couldn't even get my insurance correct or the right profile shake my head

I have epilepsy, a torn ACL and I am disabled. Zena was so rude, even after i asked her to stop treating me this way. I asked for a manager and she said she didn’t have one and she’s doesn’t know when she’s coming back. I picked up my daughters and left without mine, she refused to fill it. My doctor had to call them. I went to the front and spoke with the kindest soul, who gave me the information on when I could speak to a manager about how I was treated. Zena was entirely aggressive and egregious. She tried to not get held accountable for her actions .
