The pharmacy dept is exemplary at this store. Miyati actually saved my life with a Prescription that I needed that they were waiting on to be refilled. Miyati is awesome and I will forever be grateful.
Jill, the other pharmacist is exemplary as well. They sre the best in Murfreesboro. Melanie, thank you for hiring excellent employees at this nearby Walgreens on Cason Lane. It is the best Walgreens in Murfreesboro.

Samer is so helpful! He helped me figure out what was going on with my medications and insurance. He went out of his way to be kind instead of rushing me off the phone. I really appreciate his kindness and helping me and for just being an all around nice guy. We need more people like Samer in this world!

if i could give no stars at all i would… will be switching pharmacies after today. i waited 30 mins in line at the drive thru window to finally get to the front of the line and see they put up a “on lunch break sign” after they served the car in front of me. i get your people need lunch but i believe it’s completely unprofessional when you have people who have been waiting in line to just up and leave. i don’t believe you would’ve done that if we were physically standing in line. either service the cars in line and put up a sign at the end of the line saying closed for lunch or let people know prior so they don’t waste their time

What is the point of getting your medicine filled in a pharmacy that just closes whenever?
There are too many good pharmacies in this town to deal with their crap.
If you love Walgreens, just go to Northfield because they're the only one in this town that actually cares if you can get your meds or not.

My mother and I went in almost at closing time to the Walgreens Vanderbilt Clinic. She had an urgent blood work order. The two ladies working Friday evening were angels! It was at closing time and they still drew my mother’s blood especially when I explained that if she didn’t get her blood drawn now we’d have to take her to the ER. I can’t thank them enough!!!!

Staff just seems to want to get paid and sit around. Went into the photo center twice today and waited over 15 minutes for someone to assist me. Also, multiple staff members walked by and didn’t acknowledge if I needed anything. They need to pay these people less since they aren’t doing anything. Literally.

It used to be my pharmacy, but now I will never go there; my kid has a prescription from the doctor, and they let me wait two days in a row and today when I asked for the manager, She didn't react as if it was normal what happened.

Had to educate the pharmacist that you can now transfer schedule II prescriptions electronically (one time only) from one walgreens to another.
She argued up and down that it's not possible, however the DEA made a new rule stating that any dea registered pharmacy can, and that rule went into effect Sept. 1st, 2023.
A customer shouldn't know more than the pharmacist....

Today Nov 19th @ 7pm the photography desk cashier African America was totally rude to me without any sense how to treat a costumer when is asking why my total amount is to high , she told me to check by my own the price of each of my items so rude.
She is in the wrong place working with customers!
