I have epilepsy, a torn ACL and I am disabled. Zena was so rude, even after i asked her to stop treating me this way. I asked for a manager and she said she didn’t have one and she’s doesn’t know when she’s coming back. I picked up my daughters and left without mine, she refused to fill it. My doctor had to call them. I went to the front and spoke with the kindest soul, who gave me the information on when I could speak to a manager about how I was treated. Zena was entirely aggressive and egregious. She tried to not get held accountable for her actions .

The pharmacy staff I feel is not approachable with solving prescription problems. Aren't they in the position between the patient, physician and insurance? Prior authorization of a medication should not become an unresolvable, nor a recurring problem for the patient.
The insurance company doesn't contact the patient, they contact the pharmacy, whom then contact the physician. The medication after that was always filled.
Now, I when asked about the delay in having the medication filled, I'm told to contact the physician about prior authorization. I do as instructed; however, no one followup.
Maybe, a message can be sent to the patient to let them know that yes, your insurance has authorized your medicine to be filled and we are processing, it will be ready soon.

Extremely rude cashier. Young Lady , curly hair, ring on her nose Tuesday 7/30/24 4:44pm . Management/corporate should that employee are able to offer a basic, positive and respectful customer experience. Nobody deserves to be treated like that as a customer. They are many pharmacies, just skip this one if you wanna be treated right.

Can't say my feelings are mutual with the people posting negative reviews of this pharmacy. I have never seen a pharmacy as busy as them, and it's an every day thing, not to mention they're literally 24/7. Their pharmacists and techs have always been so helpful to me. Being out of state, I'm always concerned that I'll have issues filling medication over state lines, as I have to drive down here from Michigan every other month for personal, familial reasons. I always drive to the pharmacy, full of anxiety, worried that I'll have some type of issue, but I never do. They're always so helpful and kind, especially when it comes to understanding my current situation. Not to mention, a year ago I was going to a different Walgreens pharmacy in Murfreesboro, and was paying what they claimed was the cheapest price for one of my medications... which ended up being 150% more expensive than the coupon code the pharmacist at this location has for me. I don't know, I'm just super grateful for them and applaud their work. I've never felt judged by them, which is something I really appreciate because I've certainly been in that position before. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Keith B the shift lead shouldn’t be working directly with customers. He has absolutely no respect your time and he is incredibly rude and goes out of his way to get smart with you.

WORST Store EVER to use.. ESPECIALLY for prescriptions. If you have meds that you use on a daily or weekly, I suggest you get them elsewhere. Then NO ONE ever says the samething, meaning if you call about an issue several times you are going to get told something different each time. They are very nonchalant as well having no sympathy or care that they continuously drop the ball! I've been getting my meds filled at Walgreens stores for over 20 years!!! But this store made it the LAST straw I have with them Getting all my prescriptions transferred to Kroger

Let me start by saying how grateful I am for a lady I think named Hayle? I can't remember but she was a sweetheart and was working in the pharmacy. I didn't have insurance at the time and she helped me with some coupons and didn't have to. Thank you so much you beautiful soul!

I’d like to think our neighborhood nighttime Pharmacist, Eric, for his 3 am availability, assistance, wisdom and empathy in my annual fist fight with Sinusitis. Thank you and God bless you, Doc!
