I ordered a canvas that said it would be done tonight and I came to pick it up and the lady with glasses and blue hair said it wasn’t done and that I need to come back tomorrow. The canvas is for an event tomorrow and I don’t have time to come back for it so I insisted that I needed it done tonight. The lady is doing it but is clearly unhappy with me because she’s being really rude. Same day service shouldn’t be offered if it cannot be rendered. I would not have ordered had I known this would be the experience.

I go to walgreens every year for flu shots due to the Army Reserve wanting us to go there. It's usually no problem, but I waited a whole hour for something that should've took 20 minutes max and there wasn't even a line. Then when I ask to come back the next day , I was given an attitude. The Army Reserve also wants you to include a Lot number which she wouldnt give me. I would NOT recommend this walgreens. I'm going to Graham from now on. Had 0 issues with them

They never pick up the phone. Put you on hold for over an hour and one pharmacist was incredibly rude to my wife to the point she made my wife cry. I have literally called, been on hold for so long and driven up there while still being on hold and walk up to the counter and literally tell them I’m on hold with them still and it’s been over an hour. I transferred to another pharmacy. Some pharmacists are nice and some staff are as well but the fact I can never get thru to anyone is ridiculous and that other pharmacist and some staff are rude. This place use to be great but has really gone down hill.

This is one of the worst ran pharmacies now in this entire town... I have been there since they opened the doors it used to be one of the best.. now suddenly my medications will get canceled.. the doctor's office call this place over and over telling them to refill .. it is to the point that my doctor's office started having my blood thinner male ordered to me because this place kept dropping the ball... They will put you on hold forever just to avoid any customer service have literally been on hold an hour and 45 minutes with this place... Finally I've decided to switch every prescription to another pharmacy.. Now to CVS for hopefully a way better experience!!

They are terrible customer service. I’ve sat on the phone for a half hour ringing nobody answered and then it gives me an answer. Sorry we can’t help you right now. I’ve been using them for three years with 17 meds a month. I am changing stores to Walmart.

This pharmacy is the worst. Long drive lines and on hold for ever when trying to call about prescriptions. Will pick and place you on hold 3-5
times with out saying anything. Just rude.

Bad service and bad unexperienced staff and doctor. Specially unpolite doctor and she gave me no answer by saying '' i do not know''. How come doctor when some patient asks question she says I do not know......!!!!!!!!!!! And this branch of Walgreen always their medicine out of their stock....!!!!!!!! Whole my family and myself transferred all NY medicine prescription to Walmart.

I waited 41 minutes in the drive thru for my prescription just for them to not even put any syringe or cap in the bag to measure out the medication. Very poorly managed. The wait alone was insane but then the fact I burned up a quarter tank of gas to not even get something to measure out the medicine with.

Perhaps the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life… I had a medication filled a couple of weeks ago… Which I did not pick up in time, and it was returned to stock… Which I completely understand, allow the medicine to be available for someone else… However, when I called to refill it, I was told I didn’t have a prescription, which was obviously not true… I asked for an explanation in the drive-through and was met with very vague, generic responses… I asked to speak with the pharmacist, whose name was Sarah , she came to the drive-through telephone and began speaking to me very defensively… I attempted two times to ask her my question. One time she hung up on me, when I asked to speak to her boss, she replied “I am boss “… Nevertheless, I didn’t have a chance to ask my question… She would be better placed as a pharmacist that doesn’t have to deal with the public… As it is clear that she feels her profession, degree, and or letters surrounding her name, have made her superior to citizens that she interacts with… I have changed to a different, Walgreens, obviously, and I am quite pleased… If you have to drive a few more miles to avoid this particular location, I would advise you to do so… Again, perhaps the absolute worst Pharmacy interaction I have ever experienced in my life… Extremely unprofessional, even downright disrespectful… I would like to save you that aggravation
Update: I had my doctor send over a new “corrected” prescription, it was delayed etc on the pharmacy end and I was told there was a hold on this from my insurance. I called the insurance they said it wasn’t. So I had my doctor send ANOTHER RX to a different location (New Salem) and it was filled within 2 hours. So the unprofessional nature of this pharmacy continues to shock me. They “held” the RX just in spite of me and our earlier interaction.
Sarah- I hope you were just having a bad day, and this is not your normal level of “service”. Better days ahead for you ?

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I had a prescription filled about two weeks ago and they charged me forty dollars more than I could have gotten it at another pharmacy. They called me today to see if I had any questions and I asked them about it and I was told that it had to have a prior authorization and that it was charged to some kind of family card and that is the reason it was so much more. I called her back and told her that it was not charged to any card other than my debit card. I asked her why the hell she was lying to me and she replied that I wasn’t going to curse at her and hung up on me. I see why this store has a 2.7 rating. If I could I would rate them at zero. I will never be back at that store again.

Called and I could hear them put me on hold without them answering the phone. When I got there, there was no one waiting and one of the employee was on her cell phone. I stayed on hold and watched her pick up the phone, put it on hold again and put it back down. Then she went back to her cell phone. She then noticed me and offered to help. Don’t call! They will just ignore you. You’ll have to put in a prescription when you get there and then wait another 30 min to have it filled.
