I had a truly frustrating experience at Walgreens this evening. I was in need of assistance, and it took forever for anyone to help me at the photo print kiosk. When the worker finally arrived, she was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. She seemed completely uninterested in providing any support and made the entire process feel like an inconvenience to her. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the lack of professionalism was disappointing. I won’t be coming back if this is the level of service I can expect.

NEVER place an online order at this location! 9 times out of 10, they will cancel your complete order less than 30 minutes from ordering, even though all items are in stock! So frustrating- just use the location on W. Northfield, they are quick and will personally contact you if they have any questions.

I had several photos printed for a Christmas gift. They were all of our baby. One in particular was probably a poor choice as the child is naked. Nothing too revealing, but in retrospect I should never have uploaded it considering what followed.
I picked up the photos. I briefly checked the quality like I always do, but did not count the photos or check for the final print that shows small thumbnails of all photos printed.
After getting home, I realize that the one naked photo was missing along with the thumbnail print.
I immediately went back to the store to ask about who may have printed them and to make a formal complaint and found that someone named Melinda had printed them but was no longer in the store. The only way I was told to make any sort of record of the issue is on Google reviews. This seems strange, as I just want to make sure that if this is a pattern then there is a record and appropriate action can be taken.
Beware, your personal photos can be printed and reprinted at will by staff.
Very creepy, I feel cameras in store may reveal what happened. I recommend management look into it to prevent further concerns.

I always come to print here and it's wonderful! But today the man who works at the printers is rude, he treated me badly because my English is not fluent! After keeping me waiting he tells me there is no paper for my printing! I'm looking at the role from the outside! You are rude! I WILL NOT PRINT HERE AGAIN! I WON'T EVEN RETURN TO THIS STORE!

Very clean,well kept store,but everything except RXs are at least twice the price you would find at Wal-Mart, Kroger or Dollar General,even with their Rewards program!

Their designated lunch break is 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Showed up at 1:15 pm and they were already on break. I had somewhere I needed to be at 2:00 pm and wanted to pick up my prescription before then.

I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I waited. I waited over an hour and a half to finally get it. The staff stinks... There's just not many other ways to politely say it. If you want to be treated rudely, then this may be your place! I dropped $100 in this business and I was treated like I was inconveniencing them! I saw a news report saying that they would be closing anyway. It's probably for the best since they aren't the only game in town.

Regularly get texts about perseceptions being ready only to go to the store and they don’t have it!!!!! I guess the question is why do I keep trying to use Walgreens

I have a greyhound with severe storm anxiety. My vet faxed in an order for a Rx refill for her. I called Walgreens on Memorial and was told that their fax machine is broken and they have no refill order. I asked them to call the vet for it and they refused, saying the vet would have to call them, even though the fault is with Walgreen's fax machine. How do they stay in business? I am thinking of moving my account.
