placed an online order at 11am... waited all day at 9pm my order still has not arrived. The money was taken from my account immediately however I'm advised it will take 7 days for it to be returned if I cancel the order. No one answered the phone at the store. I am completely disgusted with Walmart. Now My family is without groceries and money..... never order from this Walmart on Memorial

Had a return and was told by a very rude manager who I can only assume has never worked in customer service before tell me I should learn to read as it's "posted everywhere" that I can't make a return after 90 days. I mentioned it's not posted everywhere, only in customer service, and it's not anywhere on my receipt. I didn't get this unfortunate humans name but he was an overweight man with an Afro and a bad attitude who I desperately hope gets fired for his terrible demeanor. Management should definitely lead by example so maybe this person could start by greeting clients and apologizing instead of telling them to learn to read. Or maybe even start with taking a shower, that might be better. Truly grossed out by the whole experience. And this nasty person.

Zero stars made an order delivery between 2-6 the department closed early so I could not get help from the store! 1800Walmart said the original driver declined pick up duct we used the tip less 30 day free service. It to talking to a representative to get a new driver to pick up hopefully it arrives it now after 8 no delivery will be asking for a refund!

Food was on the road for over an hour and a half. We don't appreciate multiple deliveries that bring our food late. Especially when we have perishables. Improve your service and we will to use your annual services.

I actually almost enjoyed a trip to Walmart! Needed a few things and this was handy. Lot was not nuts, customers were not nuts, found what I needed for reasonable prices and checked out quickly.

I tried calling 5-6 times just to ask a question about a return/exchange so I didn't have to drive there and find out I can't do what I need to do. Literally listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes each time. I bout went crazy! I can't listen to that ringing tone anymore today. I know you guys are short staffed potentially but act like you care. Pick up the dang phone if it's ringing. Act like you give a dang at least! I'm very pregnant and don't want to haul all this crap down there just to find out it cannot be returned. Seriously.... get it together.

The Walmart on Memorial is always a mess. The carts are in terrible shape, some will barely roll. Help is hard to find. My daughter waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the fabric department to cut her material. Another couple were waiting, too. This after the associate had been pages several times. The other couple left their pile of goods and walked out. My daughter waited a bit longer then she, too, left and went to Hobby Lobby. The shelves at this store are often not restocked for weeks. I have been waiting for one of their floor cleaning items but it still is an empty space. This Walmart is in a prime location.

Clearly I was over dressed. I should have worn my pajamas and house shoes. Not only was I overdressed but I was forced to ring up my own purchases. Paul Harvey, plugging the happy and friendly people at Walmart, would be appalled by the current state of the retailer. They need decent employees who are trained in customer service. It appears they are going the way of McDonald's-into obscurity. The company needs desperately to provide money for more cashiers!

Had perhaps the worst customer service encounter in my life at this store. I went to return some baby formula and the woman at the customer service desk acted as if she didn't know how or want to make the transaction. She claimed that only people on "WIC" can make a return. Confused, I showed her my receipt and explained that the item is unopened. This interaction continued for several minutes and thank goodness the manager came to explain to her that a customer only needs a receipt. As she was making the return transaction she got offended that I didn't want the credit on a food stamp card (that I didn't have), but a credit card. After 20 minutes the return was finally completed. Completely unprofessional, loud, rude, belligerent. Where do they find these people?

I worked until 2:30 at Nissan. I went by this Walmart because I needed some ingredients to make banana pudding before 7am. This heffer was closed. No signs or anything. I see people onside but the doors locked and they were not answering the phone. I finally saw someone come out to smoke and found out they're closed till 6am. Too late to meet my goal. If I'd known that I wouldn't shopped at the Walmart in Smyrna before I came home. Now I don't know what I'll do

It's walmart. No cashiers self checkout seems to have a long line parking lots a mess with all the other buildings and he amount of traffic. If your looking to buy something and get in a minor car accident after waiting to get checked out of 20 minutes this is your Walmart.

This is my second visit to this Walmart location and probably my last. The customer service here is horrible and all due to management. The same problems all Walmarts have 50 customers waiting on three registers. Learn to multiple task people, if it isn't busy stock or clean, god knows the store could use both, but when it is busy you need to have several people trained to run registers on every shift. While I have been here this story lost 5 wine sales because they didn't have enough people running registers. Why, because on Saturday nights you have to sell alcohol by a certain time or you can't ring it up at the register.

Poor service caused a downgrade. I needed some help in sporting goods but no one was available in the department. Walked over to another department and asked them to page someone to come over to help me. No one came and I again walked over to the other department and asked for a page. No one showed up again. This was early in the evening on a weekday, right around the dinner hour. If not for the person that paged for me, they would have dropped down to 1 star. Wasted almost a half hour there and walked out without getting what I needed.

The look, decore and speed of checkout is a welcomed improvement from other Walmarts in the Nashville Metro area. They are understaffed at times but if you know what you're looking for this is a step up for Walmart. Their call in experience needs much improvement but that does not merit the one star rating several of my predecessor reviewer's have given this entire store. I hope the general manager reads these reviews from time to time, as there is some really helpful information in these reviews to help take this store from a four-star to a five star.
