I just got back from Walmart. The other customers were way more friendly than the ppl working there. I got a couple sighs bc I was in their way pulling orders and stocking shelves and they sure don't move over for you in the early mornings to get by. I had a basket full bc I do my grocery shopping once a month and every month I have to do self checkout bc there is NEVER a cashier and there always are a fair sum of ppl in there. I'm to the point Kroger's is looking better everyday.

I believe this store has had a renovation since my first visit, what an improvement!!! It is very clean, a wider variety of products, great layout & service is always the best!! I drive farther to this store now, because I know I am more likely to find what I need in comparison to the other Walmart stores around.

I want to be detailed because they deserve the recognition. I had a problem with another store that I tried to get resolved for hours, but the other store wouldn't even answer their phone. I called this store, and ALL points of contact were friendly and helpful. In the retail industry, that's impressive. Then, today, I had a question for the pharmacy, and both the young lady that initially answered the call, and then the pharmacist that took over were professional, polite, and helpful. The biggest take away that I have is that I feel valued as a customer, and in today's world, that is rare. I appreciate this specific store very much and want to say thank you to every single person that contributed to my experiences. I am truly grateful and humbled by your level of care. Thank you.

Shoutout to Clay and John at the Walmart on Old Fort! They work in the auto department and helped out SO much with my fiancé's car. His tire blew and had something super uncommon with the lug nuts (something like that) which required a special tool, and for a little while we thought we were screwed because they didn't have the tool, but they found it and Clay tracked us down on the other side of the store to tell us the good news! John was able to fix his car and we were able to get his car back! HUGE thank you to the both of you, that is what customer service is supposed to be!

What can you say about Walmart? Especially in the Midwest and South...they are everywhere! Always find pretty much what you're looking for you just never know who or what you're gonna run into in the process. Overall, I think Walmart does a pretty good job and has decent pricing on their goods

Not sure why the ratings are so low. Came here to walk around to kill some time, super big parking lot, was a pretty big Walmart, lots of options. Picked up a bag of rye chips which I haven't had for a long time, they're more expensive than they were before. Self checkout was fast as usual, not too crowded when I came.

A shelf stocker named Dom was extremely helpful when we asked for white rice and tapioca flour. It wasn’t even written on the front of the bag but they helped us find it in a jiff (otherwise we’d have been here for hours). This guy deserves a raise!

Well, sitting here at the pickup area. After waiting 35 minutes a kid comes out and says they lost my order, and he doesn't know how long it will take. I only ordered one thing. How hard can that be??? But I've now been waiting 50 minutes and still nothing...

So ghetto!!' The employees are very unprofessional . I have been calling the store for the past hour trying to check if an item is available. They place me on hold without even announcing that they are doing so. That's if they answer! Most have my calls have ignored or I have been hung up on!

The woman was not wearing a name tag, but I have now had three negative experiences with the same lady in customer service. My first experience was making a return of eight bath towels and rugs. She sat at a barstools and waited until I handed her each item. The entire exchange took over 10 minutes. For eight items. She did not attempt once to reach or be helpful even though I had handed her the plastic bag under the protective screen. She just stared ay me until I handed her each item with the bar code flashes up. My second negative experience with this lady came when I wanted to do a return without a receipt. I told her she could scan my ID and she was blatantly rude telling me she was unable to do so even though other employees have gladly done it for me. Lastly was this morning when I walked into the store, I was the only person within 20 yards of customer service and she told me she was unable to process my return. I attempted to call the store to speak with a manager and no one picked up. I will no longer be shopping at this Walmart and doing my returns here if behavior like this is acceptable after I have been very polite saying yes ma'am/no ma'am and kindly engaging with her while at the counter. Hopefully no one else has had to deal with this!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Management are liars. Went to this store on Wednesday May 19th to find a simple dress Could not try it on! Both the woman at the fitting room and the manager on duty said the fitting rooms are closed until corporate says otherwise. Well I called two other Walmart's in the area and their fitting rooms are open! So they lied! I don't expect much from Walmart but DONT LIE! You just don't want to pay someone to clean

Went to Walmart to pharmacy at 1:30 today they whet closed I was told they went to lunch from 12:30-200 the person behind the gate said I would have to wait. While I waited I observed 5 people behind the gate doing nothing. When gate started open 5 minutes late one of them quickly ran into the office and closed the door! That made a total 6 people that could have been split on two groups to go to lunch and continue to provide customer service! But they don't know what that is they a somewhat attitude of we will only help on are not yours! That needs to change ASAP!

Since recieving bad customer service from a Walmart is a rarity, I figured that it was a good idea to post. I went into Walmart (Just moving here from Hawaii), and was looking for a inflatable bed until our shipping containers arrive with our furniture. I located inflatable mattresses, and found a rather comfortable looking unit with tag directly under it for 64.97. After deciding that it was more then I wanted to spend, I decided to get it anyway. Going to the self service checkout, I noticed Miss Wanda looked exhausted (Hard working people usually do). I scanned the item, and it said that it was 99.97. I decided to remove it from my checkout, and it called for Miss Wanda who came over and removed it for me. I notified Miss Wanda that the item said 64.97 on the shelf, and she advised me to make sure to read the price tag the next time. Miss Wanda then noticed me that there was nothing that she could do, and she would have to call a manager, and she proceeded to do so. A supervisor named James came over and stated that someone might have slid it over out of place (I'm assuming he meant me) to get a lower price. I then showed him a picture of the shelf, which depicted three units in a row, with the 64.97 price tag below it. He then stated that he could not honor the price marked on the shelf, and the best he could do was give me 10% off of the sale. Being that I work in a retail based environment, and run into this situation daily, I was AMAZED By the lack of customer service that Walmart usually exceeds at. Not even a "How can I help you sir" or nothing. From a supervisor? Wow! In my store, even without proving when shelf price, we honor the price, just to ensure our customers are happy, and leave with a great customer service experience. Horrible service Walmart! First one ever!

It's not just this store, it's just that this is the one I go to most of the time. Walmart has decided that, in order to use their Savings Catcher app, customers can no longer scan their receipts at their convenience within 7 days of their purchase. No, in order to compare prices and be rewarded for being loyal Walmart shoppers, we now HAVE to use the Walmart Pay part of the Walmart app. This means that we have to dig out our smartphone AT THE REGISTER, scan a PIN code AT THE REGISTER, and make those behind us in line wait until we are finished with this waste of time AT THE REGISTER. 18 bucks saved over a year's time isn't worth the headache. I'm pretty sure the folks in Bentonville, Arkansas are hoping that's the case for everyone, so they won't have to pay for their higher prices.
