We moved to this side of town several months ago. We used to frequent the new Salem location as it was next door. The new Salem location is leaps and bounds better than this location. The staff is night and day different. Loved the staff at the new Salem location as most of them would say “hi” or “bye.” This location seems to employ zombies.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I live within 3 miles of this store and 6 miles of the old fort parkway store. Unfortunately this is the only one that delivers even though it says BOTH deliver this is the only one with slots.
They NEVER have anything I order. Especially milk!!!!! You want a certain type of milk?! Good luck getting it. You want chocolate milk ?! That’s even more rare. Today I ordered 9 things and out of those nine things it said SEVEN of them are out of stock or low and I needed to pick substitutions.
The crazy thing is the other day I was actually able to get off in time for them to be open , they said they were out of chocolate milk and boom there is a whole package unopened that’s just sitting where everyone can see it but not reach it. They are HORRIBLE at restocking like they are supposed to. I started doing delivery because pick up is always VERY rude . I’ve been there several times where they told me to cancel my order after I drove all the way there because they don’t have the time to fill it. (Mind you they didn’t close for 6 hours)
I also worked for spark for a little while and they will put out incredible offers then when you get all the way to their store it’s “I need you to cancel, we don’t have time to make that order “
If you don’t have the SUPPLY to meet the DEMAND you should get more supply OR limit your incoming orders because when you order 200 dollars worth or food and half your list is substituted there is a freaking issue!!!!!!
Do better!!!!!
Not to mention the delivery drivers I tip good money to deliver my food 3 miles are starting to steal it every other time and I have to go through HELL to get my money back.
(Maybe it’s because you put your own drivers through hell)

This store used to be my go-to stop after work. Lately, now that they have been under construction, I am never able to get a parking spot. Have not been able to visit this location for almost 3 weeks because I cannot find a parking spot anytime I try to come in the evening after work. It used to be an easy in and out and now I have to drive across town to another store to get the things I need.

Customer service is non-existent at this store. Prices rang up wrong, and Bri said she couldn't change them. No manager to talk to. Called the store, and no one answered the phone.

I bought cleaning product from here it was damaged and leaking I drive all the way to the store without my receipt and they refused to trade it out because I didn't have the receipt! Store brand product in Walmart bag full of the leaked product I didn't want money I just wanted the product undamaged. So I remembered what register and time and asked if they could pull up my receipt they don't know how to do that?! In if I asked well can you ask someone else and the guy said that all the ppl working had been there less than him so wouldn't no either. So yeah the service is awful recommend you strongly picking another anyone but this one.

This has to be the worse Walmart in Murfreesboro!! The store is never fully stocked, the customer service workers are always absent, hateful, or seem bothered, and OMG THE ONLINE ORDER PICK UP IS THE WORSE!! Today I tried calling and no one answered and it wouldn't let me check in on the app. I had to get out of my truck and pretty much beat on the door to get my order. The girl said their phones was locked in a locker so noone could answer. 🙄🙄🙄They still took too long to bring my order. And my eggs was broken! The convenience of this store is not worth the trouble!! I stopped coming here but today I needed to save time in which no time was saved!! Next time I will go back to Kroger on Veterans. 🙄🙄

Forced to use self checkout. Not a single cashier working. This is the second time this has happened at this location. There was a disabled war vet in front of me struggling to get everything scanned himself and put on his wheelchair a cashier would have been real nice for him.. 0 customer service is common at Walmart these days. They make sure to keep an employee at the exit though to make you feel like a thief.
