I appreciate the helpful managers who have been patient with me allowing me to change my spot. My original spot hold standing water when it rains making it hard to get to my camper with out soaking my shoes. But they were very helpful.

The current owners of this storage facility are doing a great job. At first I thought not having staff there would be an issue, but the communications kiosk really works well. I have had two units at this location for over 5 years and recently moved out (moved to a different state) without any hassle or hidden charges whatsoever. Great experience!

There is no person to help, only a self serve kiosk. Tried it, no help. Called the number to get answers. They REQUIRE you to carry their extra cost insurance. Looking elsewhere but sad since this is close to home.

I signed up online and paid my first month rent. When I showed up, the door to my unit was broken and unusable. I had to go to a different place. No one was on site, no answered the virtual help in the lobby and no one is answering my emails or phone calls. This is absurd. DO NOT USE!!!!
