I have a greyhound with severe storm anxiety and have gotten her meds previously from Walgreens. I have needed a refill and called my vet for it. The vet said that they had faxed over a refill order earlier this morning. I called Walgreens to see if it was ready and was told that their fax machine was broken and had no refill order. I asked them to call the vet for the Rx and they refused, saying the vet had to call them, even though the failure is on Walgreen's part. I am close to moving my account from Walgreens.

Stopped by here to pick up some meds for my mom who had just gotten out of the hospital. Went through the drive through which was fairly slow, but at least they had a couple of lanes. The good news is that they were very polite and helpful.

Called here to try and find some meds for my sick baby they couldn't tell me if they had the product or not was constantly put on hold for 3 people they wouldn't tell me I have to call certain pharmacies for this product either they run out or I have to go to other stores just for this product it's the only one that helps my baby don't want around town looking for this and they don't have this

I wish I could give a 0 star. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The drive-thru takes 20-30 mins and they don't give accurate info. I'm military and they have given me the run-around twice now with my prescription. Don't waste your time coming here.
