HORRIBLE service! Worst service in Murfreesboro. We waited over 40 minutes for a couple of burgers and shakes while MULTIPLE other cars that arrived after us were getting their food before us. We paid early, so we were stuck and couldn’t just leave. Will not return.

Rude and zero customer service. Waited in line 5 mins and two cars behind me get served before me. No welcome or explanation on why there’s a hold up. Avoid this trash

We went for large chocolate milkshakes, a usual thing. My only comment is that they could use a little more flavoring/syrup, the flavor was a little light.However, they have an extremely good value for your hard earned money.

My food is never correct when I order from here, I've been trying it every so often just to give it a chance because its a new chain but it continues to disappoint. My most recent order was a jr meal and I asked for mayonnaise instead of ketchup and mustard and specifically said that everything else on the burger was okay, we went over it a few times because I could tell homeboy was confused, so I made sure to be articulate,and they ONLY put mayo on the thing. And like I said this is a pattern at this point. Just tell them to stay home if they don't care or put someone that can hear on the receiver.

So I pull up to place my order and no one ever asks. I sit, and three cars in the other lane get to place orders. I leave. So much for my business. There are places that I am sure will take my business.

Think i may have had a bad night at this location as i hope the standard is not 30 minutes for a burger. The Dr Pepper shake was excellent. Might be willing to give them another try.

Second time here and the food has been bad and cold both times. We had a cheese burger and patty melt.I grew up in Texas and loved Whataburger.So disappointed. Would not recommend.

We went to check this place out last night. Ended up leaving with a refund. We had been waiting for 40 minutes, when I asked how much longer a man had come in from the drive thru to get his shakes that he had been waiting in line for 30 minutes for. The operating manager told me there were five orders in front of our, when I asked how much time that equaled to he told me another 20-25 minutes. Absolutely not sir, I asked for our refund which he gave me after he took the time to go back to the kitchen, find our ticket and told them not to make it. Then just kept telling me it's Saturday night. I don't care what time of the day or day of the week it is sir, we could have went next door to Cheddars, eat and left in the time we had been waiting before you brought out or food. In no fast food restaurant ,should there ever be an hour ticket time. Ever.

YOURE GONNA WANNA READ THIS REVIEW ??This Whataburger gives all Whataburgers a bad name! Nadar Michael was the rudest person I’ve ever met in management.In one situation I walked up to him & asked for a bag, my exact words “can I pretty please have a bag for my food”. He slammed his hands down on the counter (this was at the drink counter) & said “you can at least say please”. He was so rude.They obviously forgot our food, because we sat there for an hour & everyone in front of us, and everyone that came in after was receiving their food. Including a party of nearly ten people.Nadar Michael made it a point to single my husband & myself out.He was upset that I informed a couple people coming in for food that we have all been waiting an hour. It took them that long to get everyone’s food out. There was a lady there in blue scrubs, obviously coming from work, we heard her call her job multiple times apologizing because her lunch break was running over.My husband & I drove 45 minutes to this Whataburger. We made a special trip well out of our way to come & eat at one of my favorite Texas food joints.We had no problem waiting an hour for our food. It wasn’t until we seen everyone that came in after us receiving their food. Including a large party. We were polite when we went to the front of the store. I tried to explain that I have to go pick up my daughter & we had no idea this would take as long as it is. We asked about our food & he informed us it would be out “next”. They served three other people that came in after us before we had to ask again.I tried to ask Nadar for ketchup, & he ignored me and walked off. I said “hey” or something along those lines to him, & he turned around & told me “it’s not ‘hey’, it’s ‘sir’”.My husband said man that’s not necessary & he got snappy with my husband. He went to grab some ketchup off the tray Nadar was holding & Nadar jerked it back & said something rude.I initially didn’t plan on getting on here and typing this much, but the more I thought about that night, the more upset I become.I’ve kept my receipt all week thinking about just throwing it away & letting it go, but I just can not get over how that man treated us & other customers.I understand that maybe being understaffed & busy, things can get frustrating but this behavior was absolutely unacceptable.Someone like Nadar Michael does not need to be working in any type of customer service. My husband & I are very calm people. I can only imagine how rough that situation would have been if it were someone else he acted that way towards.If you’ve read all of this, thank you. I appreciate someone taking the time to hear what I had to say. And maybe just drive to Nashville or Alabama if you want some good ol whataburger!

Burger was dry and tasteless, bun was old and crumbly. Don't confuse it with Whataburger of old!

We ordered on the app with app saying 8-10minute until ready, arrived at the drive-thru at 12:04 with only 5-6 cars in front of me. I did not leave the drive-thru until 12:54. I appreciate them making my food but I feel the wait times have gone up incredibly recently just for food to be cold on arrival. They forgot part of my order which had to be asked for to remind them. I’m disappointed receiving cold food and waiting for almost an hour. This location used to be better.
