I love this adorable little salon. It’s very clean and has coffee and treats you can enjoy while waiting for color to process. I travel from Nashville to see Megan for my highlights! She’s very talented and efficient with her time which is a huge pro for this busy mamma!

Nice folks. No awkward standing around without being spoken to. Greeted warmly as soon as you cross the threshold.
I got Nick to trim my beard. He did a great job, at a fair price. He even had some good conversation. Easy dude to talk to.
Rescheduled on my way out. Found my new beard spot.

I was so anxious about getting my haircut- I was worried that it wouldn't look like the reference pictures I provided, but holy moly did my stylist do a fantastic job!! I even asked for an unusual style, a short bedhead with long side tails in the front, and she still made it look awesome!! Can't recommend this place enough!

My daughter absolutely loved it here. She's only 10 and they did a really awesome job with her. They even squeaked me in for a haircut on the barber side as I waited for her to be done.

I live out of state, but I grew up going to What's New. I always try and plan a trip when I come to visit my parents because the service is always so good.Sandy has done my hair for all of my major life events, my first haircut, my wedding, celebrating my mom's 70th birthday, and there's no one I could trust more.Everyone at What's New is professional and talented and it's so fun to get to visit when I can.

Sandy nailed it! with the perfect pixie I've waited for all my life!!! She's a great listener and a an excellent barber and stylist! Thank you Sandy! I'll be back again and again! her shop is clean and tastefully decorated! The staff are helpful and friendly! Prices are reasonable!

I've been coming to this salon for almost 12 years. For years, I'd gone to different salons trying to find one that was multi-talented but also communicated well with customers and was compassionate to their clients. I managed to find all these things and more at What's New. The staff always goes out of their way to make their customers feel important. I'm sure like all of us, they have bad days, but their attitude is always sunny and upbeat. It would be easy for this salon, in business for many years, to rest on their hard-earned laurels. They don't do that at all but work hard to follow industry trends and present fresh ideas to their customers. I can't recommend them highly enough! Especially love my stylist/colorist Lindsey, whose talents are amazing!
