The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Someone greets you as soon as you walk through the door to ask if you need help and explain what sales they have going on. I always go with coupons and sometimes you get a free item when doing so. They have wonderful fragrances and my husband loves their men's line. They have really stepped it up over the years offering more products and decor while maintaining stock of year-round scents. I love when seasons change and they get seasonal products in. I had a defective body spray for the first time recently and brought it in the store and got another one without any hassle. They are also quick and organized, so even when the store seems packed, the check-out line is quick and smooth.

This is my LEAST FAVORITE BBW in all of the USA. Unfortunately, when you do curb side pick up, this is the option. My order is already paid for, I just need someone to hand it to me. It's never a smooth transaction. I'm often met with an attitude by some 20 something year old girl who hates ppl and her job. After deeps breaths and attitudes, I can usually get my order within :20. Totally different vibe in Smyrna and in Nashville.

Called the store via the number provided and asked one simple question and the women working failed to answer. I spoke in a kind tone and was polite but now am choosing not to shop after the lack of good customer service and a bad experience over the phone.

Wife loves the fragrances from this store, and the large comfortable location is nice. Lots of parking, although often hard to find a space during peak times. NEVER go without a sale or coupon as you can always get great deals if you don't need it NOW. Picked up foaming hand soap for $3/bottle this week. Full price is crazy, but sale prices are awesome. And sometimes you can stack coupons like $10 off $30 WITH sale prices.

Definitely loved the atmosphere and the staff are friendly when approached. It is hard for my family to go as a group into these stores because my fellas have sensitive sinuses. I loved the way the store was set up. Everything was very well organized and displayed very well. I do love the wide range of products they carry at this location.

Not handicap friendly. Store is as far away from handicap or any parking for that matter as possible and no one in that store cares. Hey, ppl with handicaps and disabilities want to shop too you know.

went in today to get my fall sense and had coupon on the phone the cashier refused to honor my coupon. the cashier beside her let another customer use her coupon. lost a loyal customer today. cashier number 3252206. register 3.

I stopped in to buy a gift for a friend that I'm not terribly close to, but wanted her to enjoy. I walked around aimlessly, picked up a couple things, and then ended up putting them down because I wasn't too confident on the scents I had chosen. I decided to leave the store, and go buy her a less personal gift like a gift card. But then... (and I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me, because she was magnificent!!), as I continued to walk out of the store, with probably a defeated look on my face, she stopped me and asked "Did you decide not to buy that?" After I told her no, I didn't think it would be the perfect gift, she practically walked me through the whole store helping me find the perfect scent/gift. This girl is an absolute gem to this store! The only reason I have to come down from a 5 star review is because of the price of the candles. I walked out $65 later, and really didn't feel like what I bought was worth that price. In the end though, the friend LOVED what I picked out, so all is well :)

I usually love this store, however i was very disappointed after going tbere yesterday and the man miscounted my change.. Not a huge deal we all make mistakes. But when they called to tell me my $30 was foundbin the system at the end of the evening and i could come get it, not even an apology!! I drove an hr to and an hr back to get my $30 YOU miscounted back to me & not even an apology instead you acr like it was MY fault.. NOT thrilled with customer service at all!!
