I am from the North East and I am a Starbucks snob, but only because the only other option back home is Dunkin Donuts coffee, which is undrinkable. The White Bison coffee blew me away. I don't know how I will go back to drinking Starbucks.

Would not recommend this coffee shop. The staff is rude. We were ready to order and had to stand there waiting because two employees behind the counter and one in front of the counter stood there talking. When we finally did order, half our order was incorrect. We order two coffees and two sandwiches. One of the coffees was supposed to be iced and we received it hot. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be sausage, egg and cheese on chitbatta, but we received a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. There were no other People in front of us or behind us so we were the only order. Somehow they couldn't manage to have good customer service or get two coffees and two sandwiches correct. Choose somewhere else.

Employees are rude, are not working the coffee shop and insist using nasty computer terminals vs just taking your order, no thank you especially for White Bison Coffee twice daily. No one at the counter to take your order if you actually want to order a coffee, especially when the employees are rude, avoid and just go to Starbucks across the road

The manager is always so nice and goes out of her way to help you find what you need.
The food is always delicious and the drinks are good too.

Went there 2 times so far and both times the food and coffee were really good. I will be back. The people were nice and friendly.

The place is just fine as far as their drip coffee goes it’s a blend I asked the person working to tell me about the coffee and she just said it was a blend and tried to show me the bag but I didn’t need to see it was just curious. The person working was super nice the coffee is nothing special sadly and the price isn’t to far off of Starbucks for drip for better quality drip coffee. They desperately need more people working there

Has plenty of ingredients but rude baristas. The man with the curly mustache was giving me a ton of attitude. He says “was that a large?” I said “yes… no it’s a medium” and he lets out this long annoying sigh and just looks at me like I am an idiot. The audacity of him, never asked for the size of my coffee. Only two stars because I made the coffee with the ingredients already laid out.

awesome! I stopped going to starbucks unless I am out of options. I actually like their drink selection better and their food. they have more nicer syrups so you can customize any drink. where as Starbucks keeps downsizing everything (you’re paying for the atmosphere) and it’s not as great taste wise, they prioritize drive through orders and online pickups or they mess up my order. I also save more money in the long run. I love there matcha more. and at this location everyone who works here is super friendly. I have to give credit where credit is due.

Murfreesboro, TN. Emmy said their coffee beans are 9 grades better than those of other big name coffee chains. She was a great barista! Not only did she craft excellent coffee, she was knowledgeable and passionate about White Bison and coffee beans, plus she was interested in us and chatted amiably about middle school jazz, our trip and other fun topics.My hot White Bison Mocha was beautiful all around. My husband got a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles and a hot latte with a shot of hazelnut. He liked mine better, I think because you could taste the coffee in mine more.It’s a quick stop off the 75.

I didn't get the guy's name, but he really made my night. I stopped in for caffeine to make it back to Georgia late at night, and he was attentive to my order, and even suggested a "John Wayne," a delicious drink I had never heard of. He is great at what he does, and a pleasure to speak with. Will stop back by here next time I'm passing through.

Two stars because when you get the coffee, is it good. Other than, customer service is terrible. There is always a longer than normal wait at the the drive-thru or going inside. The place needs more employees inside and better management.
