The store is the complete opposite of a women’s clothing store in disarray. Customers love how the store styles everything, with pre-made outfits already picked out on the mannequins for inspiration. The staff is incredibly helpful; one worker took apart an entire mannequin to get the last shirt for a customer, and another was patient and kind, going over and beyond by paying for an item at checkout. For a mom shopping with her daughter, the experience changed everything. The workers made her daughter feel comfortable, hyped up, and completely at ease with honest opinions and real encouragement. The daughter went into the fitting room unsure and came out smiling, standing taller, and feeling proud. A dad also appreciated a worker who took his daughter under her wing, pointing out the good and bad of wearing certain things. Whether for a formal dress for a special occasion or just a great outfit, Windsor is the first stop. The store sells perfume but does not drown the store in the scents.
