Amazing results look on his site!!!One on one trainer/group trainer at a reasonable price. His training is more like a Life coach. He is the first trainer I have seen that has a passion to help his clients succeed in and out of the gym. Logan is a stand up guy who will motivate you to WANT to get your health back. He will give you the tools and results you need to get back to the Life you want!!! Thanks Ken C. Brentwood Tn

I am so grateful for having the opportunity to train with Logan Spence, founder of Your Infinite Being. I've been a competitive athlete for most of my life, but that all changed during a very traumatic delivery of my daughter. The stress from a premature delivery caused an uncommon type heart failure and made me very weak. Doctors weren't sure I'd recover, because I was one of the worst cases they'd ever seen. One time, a few days after delivery, I went to visit my daughter in the NICU and went into cardiac arrest. This was serious! After 6 months of fear, anxiety, and basically sitting all day. Doctors eventually cleared me to exercise again and slowly strengthen my heart back to normal perimeters. That's when I contacted Logan. I was absolutely terrified to start working out again. I was starting out from the very bottom to work myself back up again. I kept thinking to myself, "What if I get chest pain again?" "What if I go into arrest and don't recover?" "What if I can't breathe?" None of that happened at all. It was all fear and anxiety. Logan knew exactly how to help me. I had no other choice, but to trust him. And I'm so glad I did. I started with very basic and slow movements in group training classes. He paired this strategy with a successful meal plan and results happened quickly. My cardiologist couldn't believe it. They took me off my medication and I continued to get stronger! Now I am doing advanced movements, lifting insane amounts of weights, and continually gaining more endurance each day. I also ran my most recent timed mile in under 7 minutes!! I couldn't even walk to the mailbox without being out of breath during my heart recovery!! My praises don't stop there. I confided in Logan one day and explained that although I am much better, I still fight a mental battle with an eating disorder I had during my high school years. He helped me push through that fear and learn to talk about my struggles to help others. Logan also helped me recover from a serious knee injury. He compiled individual workouts for me so that I could still work to my fullest potential and recover all at the same time. I have lost a total of 8 inches around my waist. I'm stronger than I've ever been, and my confidence and self esteem has really skyrocketed. I'm so thankful for Logan and the special group of people I work out with daily. We are family. We all support each other and one another's children. Your Infinite Being is truly unique and I challenge you to give it a try. You won't regret it! I promise!!!

I have been here a little over a month and the atmosphere is full of encouragement! I look forward to going to my workouts and seeing the others who make you enjoy being apart of the Family! If you need that little push try Infinite Being..Logan has a Gift for making you want to Push Yourself into a Better Person! Linda C.

I reached out to Logan after finishing physical therapy for a knee injury. I was worried about going back into exercise and re-injuring myself after years of wear and tear from competitive sports. From the moment we had the initial phone call, Logan heard my concerns and described in detail how we could train and focus on my strengthening my knee. After this, I knew I could trust him with my exercise and wellness goals. Today, I'm lifting FAR more than I ever did in the past, ran the fastest mile of my life (and I did cross country in high school), and have the knowledge to do all this and more properly without fear of re-injuring my knee. In our cardio challenge, I went from a 11-minute mile to a 8-minute mile. In our recent agility challenge, I shaved 40 seconds off my total challenge time in just six weeks! Logan goes above and beyond for his clients and even for those who aren't his clients! He cares that much about the well-being of others. It's hard to find that selflessness in trainers these days. On top of being an all-around fantastic person, Logan's knowledge of fitness, health, and nutrition is outstanding. If you don't understand something or want further clarification, just ask and Logan will explain it with ease. I've learned more about nutrition and exercise by training with Logan than I did in my entire competitive sports experience. And as an added bonus, you'll meet some of the nicest, most welcoming people around. Not once have I ever felt intimidated or unwelcome in class. We motivate each other inside and outside of the gym. It's all about accountability and pushing each other to be the best version of ourselves. Choosing to train with Logan was by far one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made. I'm confident you'll feel the same way once you try a class or two!

Nothing compares to Your Infinite Being's approach to encouraging a healthy lifestyle, mindset and body. The workouts can be modified to specific injuries, fitness levels, and personal goals. I have never experienced a place where people of differing ages, fitness goals, levels of health, and lifestyles are able to come together to get an intense workout, encourage and support each other, and have real accountability.

Knowledge and experience coupled with the motivating atmosphere of the class at Your Infinite Being and the people in it is really what has helped me the most in my journey to better myself. The other great thing about Logans program is he takes all the guess work out of working out, you dont have to worry about what exercise you need to do or what you need to eat to achieve your goals, Logan takes care of all that to fit your personal needs. All you have to do is show up and he will guide you.

I've been going to group classes at Your Infinite Being for just under a month now after finishing up physical therapy for an injury. I was hesitant to try a new form of exercise after a lifetime of a specific regimen, but that first class had me hooked. Everyone at Your Infinite Being is so supportive and welcoming. It's what I look forward to every day now. The proof is in the results too. Even after coming off of an injury, I was able to shave over a minute off of my mile time—after not running for years. Logan's helped me correct the fitness mistakes I was making, even if just the slightest adjustment. But those tiny details make a world of difference! While the community and results are remarkable, what impressed me the most was the time and effort Logan puts into helping each and every member of his business. After I initially contacted him, we talked on the phone about my goals, his values as a trainer and a business owner, and what I could expect. Then, we met to talk about more details related to my goals, his fitness plans, etc.—all before stepping foot in the gym. He actually cares about the wellbeing of his members, not just the weight they lose or the muscle they gain. It's a genuine desire to help others succeed in their health, in life, and in their personal relationships. You just can't find that anywhere else.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE MIND HERE. LOGAN SPENCE USES HIS STRONG POSITIVE MIND TO NOT JUST TRAIN BUT TO ALLOW A PERSON TO UNLEASH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND REACH PERSONAL GOALS!! I PERSONALLY HAVE LOST 4.5 POUNDS IN THE TWO STRONG WEEKS OF ATTENDANCE. ITS NOT JUST FITNESS THAT HE TEACHES BUT ALSO LIFESTYLE AND QUALITY OF LIFE. "INFINITE" IS JUST WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. LOGAN MAKES SACRIFICES FOR HIS CLIENTS SO THAT HE MAY CARRY OUT HIS MEANING FOR "INFINITE". WE ARE A TEAM IN FITNESS. NO ONE BELITTLES ANYONE HERE. WE HELP EACH OTHER GROW STARTING WITH OURSELVES WHICH IN TURN LEADS TO A SUCCESSFUL DAY IN CLASS!!

Oct 2016 I fell in a freak accident and broke all 3 bones in the ankle of my left leg. I had surgery to put 2 screws in one bone to hold it together, and an 8" plate with 9 screws to hold a spiral break in another bone together. I was in a non-weight baring cast for 10+ weeks. Afterwards, I endured 4 weeks of in home physical therapy and was released to continue to stretch and strengthen my ankle on my own. In April of 2016, I met Logan and started working with him to strengthen my ankle and get back into shape. When I first started working out with him, I could barely walk-- mostly shuffle without picking up my left foot. Within a month, not only was I walking normally, but I was doing body weight lunges and squats! By June, I was able to walk at least 30 minutes without stopping and could hold light weights while doing squats and deadlifts. By the end of Summer, I was able to handle leg exercises, walk on a treadmill or outside for more than 30 minutes and work out with weights. My ankle stopped swelling, is strong enough to handle agility training in his class, and I CAN EVEN JUMP NOW!!! That's huge-- never thought I'd be able to do that again. I highly recommend Logan's program for rehabbing any injury. He will help you get stronger and heal the right way thru physical training, nutrition and the right supplements if needed.

This class is awesome! For the past 8 years I have become inactive. Between a sit down job and being a couch potato I was skeptical that I could even make it through a class. I would be panting after climbing a flight of stairs and I started having minor discomforts in my everyday routine. I realized that I could not play with my grandkids without feeling completely exhausted and decided that enough was enough. My first night I was welcomed with smiling faces and encouragement. I could go at my own pace. After three months I can tell a difference and feel soooo much better. I actually look forward to going now and my husband tells me I come home smiling. Logan educates and encourages you to become a better you. Come on. It's never too late to start!!
