NOT 24/7 like advertised. People who wake up early in the morning would like to stop and get what they need without the store being closed every morning at 4am , it’s ridiculous

The workers are the worst. The automated tire pump had a leak in the hose. I went inside and said hey, you need to put a sign up that says it’s broken. He says “actually we don’t. Some guy pays us to put that there.” I said I won’t be coming back. He says “never heard someone say they won’t come back because of a leak.” Then why is the 7eleven logo all over the machine?! They
Well, my entire Friday plans are now ruined because I’m having to wait all day for someone to come out air in my tires.
Horribly dirty. Trash ALL over the floor. Worst bathrooms ever.
Don’t go here. Go down the road to any other nice gas station.

Lady working and the manager are both rude. The seven eleven reward program never works here. I had to pay full price for my drink again and they have no idea every single time why the reward program doesn’t work.

The lady working today 04/29 at 8:30am was rude. She left me standing at the counter while she played on her phone. I had to call her attention in order to get service. She never once looked at me and kept playing with her phone. I had to get her attention once again in order to get my receipt. Completly careless and clearly did not want to be there. No need for excellence but at least provide the service needed to pay for our items and gas.

Zero stars isn’t an option. I tried to give this gas station on west end multiple chances but every time im completely disrespected and treated like I shouldn’t be there. I went inside 04/26/2025 1:18pm to get a slice of
Pizza and energy drink and the woman at the cash register was on the phone and couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my existence. I asked her a question about the pizza’s expiration time(which had already passed) and she just ignored me and said “your total is $5.31” I WILL NOT ever be returning to this gas station this is the 3rd strike and I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted.

THIS PLACE IS NOT 24 HOURS.
they close at 9pm, 5pm , midnight, 2am.
Basically whenever they want to. I live right next to it. The pumps work (most of the time)

There is always a problem with there pumps either not working or getting stuck after reading your card,and the clerk I encountered was very rude loud and belligerent! 7/11 sent me a non working web address to reply to this message.smh America needs to do better!
