THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
THEY LIED ABOUT DELIVERY
TOO A NEW CLIENT. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THE CLIENT'S DONT BECOME ONE
I became a customer with Aaron's at Nolensville road yesterday I had purchased a mattress two weeks ago I had called the location yesterday December 31st in between 9:00 and 11:00 and ask them if they could deliver my mattress on the 31st I was told by the manager Yes your master will be delivered today at 6:00 are called and asked where is my mattress she said that the drivers would call me in 20 to 30 minutes before they showed up well Aaron's at Nolensville road closes at 7:00 pm so I was lying to several times because I had called several times to find out where my mattress was and told on at least three calls that they would call me in 20 to 30 minutes before they showed up they had no intentions of delivering my mattress yesterday All they had to do is say hey we'll deliver it afternoon years that never happened so anybody who wants to go there DON'T THEY DONT TREAT YOU LIKE PEOPLE MORE LIKE TRASH

I would give zero stars but unfortunately it won't allow me. This aarons this again big fat joke as they take your money when you buy something and you give them your address but then they tell you that they can't deliver to you because of where you live. I asked to pick it up in store and they said they don't allow in store pickups. Yes I live in a suites complex and have for over a year and have proof but they still wouldn't let me get what I paid for. I encourage everyone to take your business somewhere else or to a different aarons because this one is a joke. The manager even said he would deliver my order himself but never showed up and when I called it he said he couldn't deliver due to where I live.

Extremely Disappointed with Aaron’s Customer Service
I’ve been trying to return merchandise and cancel my membership with Aaron’s for over a week now, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Every time I call the store, I’m put on hold by their clerk, Latanya, who never seems to take my request seriously. She claims the manager isn’t available whenever I ask, and it’s clear she’s not making any note of my complaint.
To make matters worse, despite their promises to pick up the merchandise, they’ve failed to follow through, and I’m still being charged. It’s outrageous that after multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I’m left in the same position with no resolution in sight. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with them.
I hope Latanya never gets to work in customer service ever again, she was so disrespectful on top of everything. I’m most disappointed because I’ve never missed a payment with them, ever!

I simply wanted to busy a dryer out right I was told Tuesday by sales rep jessica 40% off all used item tried reaching her 8x next 2 days no results. Finally after reach manager Ron he promised delivery on Monday because of no drivers all 3 locations and new driver had TN License from MS. today I spoke with a very helpful young lady Tonya she set up contract even though I wanted to pay cash or 90 days same as cash reading over contract I kept seeing $884 I clearly asked 5x is it 40% off used appliances I was told yes for September and it will show discounts amount after I put down credit card to complete contract which clearly says $72. She then called manager on 3 way both saying no card no dryer I asked again whats the price I'll pay cash then told $664 is the discounts it's a Shane to rip off the public beware. Buyer beware this needs to be escalated to corporate and BBB

Deliver guys were extremely rude. I was trying to get my dog contained as my roommate opened the door and one of the delivery guys went to hit my dog on the head. Thankfully I called my dog away before delivery guy actually went through with the hit.

They approved me, took my money and told me I couldn’t get the said item I was approved for. Now Customer service isn’t answering and I have no way of getting my money back l. NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

I’ve been an Aaron’s consumer for about 2years now, and I would not recommend dealing with this specific location. As Ron is amazing at customer service, Jeremy is piss poor. Today I received a false visit although I made a payment so i to call because his representative did not apply my payment to my account. After explaining my complaint and issues with the location. I finally asked him to have his manager called me and he tells me that I need to call the one 800 number in my complaint with just come back to Him. That’s not customer service

I'm sorry for everyone who has had a bad experience, but I can't say that. I have had the best experience with this store since Dec of 2021. There have been a few times my payment didn't go through, which was my fault, but they didn't bug me. Yes, they did call me, but I'm glad they did because I wouldn't have known in time, and I would have had to pay a late fee. Thank you for the great customer service!

Ron helped me with everything I needed from the 1st day I called them. I had some trouble with my availability on getting it delivered and he even offered to help me out and come to my home on a Saturday to deliver it for me. He’s so amazing and very professional. You can tell he loves his job and will go above and beyond for his customers. Thank you Ron for all of your help !

My wife got a washer and dryer. While we were waiting on delivery. My wife calls 5 days later they said we canceled that order we don't have it in stock. They should have called us to let us now but they did not. So my wife ordered a different one and we waited for delivery and again a week went by and my wife calls back. They said they had staffing issues could not deliver it tell monday. That's not are problems. It needs to bedelivered on Monday February 27, 2023 or I will take my business elsewhere. Don't buy from here.
