It would have been a 5 Star but this is the first time I received my damage vehicle that it wasn’t washed on the outside. I can completely understand on the inside because I left personal property inside the vehicle that I didn’t want touched. The damage of the vehicle was repaired perfectly like it never happened. And I was notified every step of the way so 5 stars for that. But in total 4 stars my vehicle wasn’t washed upon pick up time.

Quality of work is excellent along with their customer service. I was kept up to date regularly with the progress of my car repair. I have used them twice and had very good results both times.

Staff was friendly. They fixed most of the issues after my wreck. But when I picked my vehicle up, the engine light was on. I informed the staff but they told me it was probably due to my battery voltage and to get it tested. So I did and it wasn't that battery. So now I have to pay for more repair even though it was their duty for everything to be fixed when I dropped the vehicle off.

Took my Jeep here via recommendation from my insurance company, had to have a new passenger side door put on, and the entire right side repainted.They did the work, though it took him a month and a half to do it.When I got my Jeep back, the rear passenger door was not aligned properly. They told me they could fix that, which they should have fixed it right to begin with. However, in order to fix the door that they did not fix properly the first time, they were going to have to keep my Jeep for another week.Also, my Jeep is the mango tango color, instead of matching the paint, they used the Punk'n orange color which obviously does not match.In order for them to fix it to the right color they were going to have to keep my Jeep for another 3 weeks.I talked with my insurance company, geico, and they allowed me to take it to a different service center, who fixed all the mistakes that caliber collision made.I would not trust these people to do an oil change, let alone actual body or mechanical work.

They turned a crazy time into a smooth and easy process. The fixed my car in less than the estimate time. The communicated regularly with updates on the repairs. There were no hidden fees or cost. And to top it off it was clean.

I was totally blown away at the over all professionalism, kindness, patience, and knowledge, that Kayla the receptionist and Mark Henry the technician(I think that’s his title) displayed! They made me feel comfortable that everything that was needed on my car would be taken care of and I trusted them to know that they would only charge for the services rendered, they would not do any unnecessary charging.

Caliber did a driver front quarter repair requiring new headlight and bulb only on my drivers side. The rep was so “kind” when I picked up my car stating he had replaced the bulb on my passenger side as well.For a few months, all of my passengers have identified that my HID low beams are very dim to the point where it was dangerous to see. I finally got around to swapping out bulbs today, and I found that the bulbs were not even seated in their housing. They were simply laying free behind the housing and in front of the waterproof cover. This is very disappointing and a threat to roadway safety. If they cut corners here, where else are they doing so?
