I rented a car from Advantage in Orlando through Expedia. We returned the car to an attendant that checked the car out and they later charged my credit card for $850 without notice. I reached out to the company to find out why they charged my credit card and never received a response. I filled out a survey on Expedia about the charge and then received a call from the company about the review. They then told me that the charge was for a cracked windshield. The windshield was not cracked when I returned the car. I had bought the car insurance through Expedia through AIG Travel and they are refusing to pay because I have been unable to get any details of the cracked windshield from Advantage. Experian has even emailed Advantage with no response. Currently I am just stuck paying the $850 because none of the companies will help.

The best customer service I’ve experienced as far as car rental companies go. Advantage saved us at the last minute when Budget refused to give us our pre-paid rental because we were barely under 25 years old. We would have been stuck, but the kind employees at Advantage found a car for us, and even gave us a discount. They waited with us for nearly half an hour while we figured everything out, and treated us like friends. I will use them for all my car rental needs from now on!

Thank you Advantage for being so accommodating and kind when I decided to extend my trip by one day, and then again when my flight got canceled. I encountered such a warm welcome when I arrived in Nashville and had no problem at all checking out my car. It was such a trusty ride and and Advantage provided great customer service throughout my trip when my travel changed multiple times. The check in process was easy and the check out process was smooth. Thank you for everything.

I’m a service member that visited my home state. I still have my home state license but I live outside the state. Because I didn’t have a utility bill that proved I lived in state (duh because I don’t live in state!), I had to make a $500 deposit :/ further more i wasn’t eligible for unlimited miles. Lady at the front desk was nice but weird policy. Will not use again.

Absolutely horrible experience picked up car with nails in tire, would not help replace tire or give us different car all they did was offer road side assistance which we called and they only offered to put the donut tire on which we could’ve done ourselves and had to. Not to mention we paid over $1000 for car insurance as well. Very unprofessional and pathetic company. Don’t waste your time or money.

Didn't know they closed at 10pm. Due to delayed flight I couldn't get my car but, what really got my blood boiling is that I saw a man behind the counter and as I was walking towards him he saw me approaching and the next thing I saw was that he grabbed his belongings and left through the door behind him.

Oh my: a zero star rating should be implemented for this company exclusively. I want to quickly acknowledge that the employees at the BNA airport counter here in Nashville and Angel, who supervises the rental returns , we're professional and helpful and perhaps need to replace Wayne, apparently the regional manager, who claims to have no authority over him. Ah, there must be owners or coordinators somewhere. My ordeal began when I took lunch from my job as ateacher and went to get a salad. My car overheats and because I'd just had the water pump replaced I drove it promptly to my mechanic. He apologetically put my vehicle in the service line as I called my warranty company and began to look for rentals. All the major rental companies were booked, so I desperately turned to Expedia. My fabulous mechanic drove me to the airport to get my re-served rental. I knew that at $130 a day I was already paying the price of desperation. When I got to the Advantage counter, hoping to have a good experience with a small co.pany I know nothing about, they explained that a car wasn't ready. They didn't understand how I'd been able to reserve it online. We'll, I certainly didn't , so I agreed to wait for thirty minutes to see if they could get one cleaned. The employee also explained that I had to out up a $500.00 deposit, or _250 should I just happen to have a utility bill that I carry with me. As I waited, I felt wholey taken advantage of. Thankfully I have two separate credit cards and my bank card is through MasterCard so I can cover it. I've never dealt with a rental company who had such bizarre policies for their local customers. So, I decided that I would express my disappointment in being forced to deal with the policy harming their local customers, pay my outrageous deposit and daily rate and get going. I politely asked the desk employee for someone I could speak to about local policies. Wayne was not receptive. I'd not raised my voice, nor cursed, but he was overcome with this dictator type voice; and said" you need to be very careful about what e say. I don't have to rent to you."Shocked that someone supposedly in customer service would respond to another human being expressing their angst about being put in a no win situation, I just said oh my, you do enjoy the power, don't you? All's well that ends well, my friend is now getting me and we're driving to pick up my $59.00 rental from a reputable companyBut Wayne, I want to apologize if you felt mistreated in school, or abused, or whatever happened to make you enjoy such miniscule, ineffective and frankly sad displays of power. But this would be why your company only rents to teenagers on prom night. Seriously, let it go. Perhaps the company would actually grow should you attempt human decency. As far traveling or needing a rental locally, wait it out and go with the professional companies.

These cars can only be driven to certain states, if you are local then you have to bring a bill that matches your license and address etc, they wont let you use a debit card. The car wasnt clean on the outside at all so i question whether the inside was cleaned. I do not recommend this company.

I travel a lot on business, and I must say that the experience at Advantage was the best I have ever received. The check-in process was effortless, including checkout, which was a breeze , as I returned after hours. The price was affordable and the customer service was excellent as I had to keep the car an extra day and the process of informing the agent took less than a few minutes. Advantage is my new car rental choice...

The service was great. Quick and the car was clean. They also had the best price for a like car. Small guy wins every time with service. They want your business and will work extra hard to get it.

Terrible experience at their Nashville airport location! Save yourself a headache and use another company. The signage is a mess. It leads you outside about a 1/2 mile away, just to be turned around by a peon with a badge and a horrible attitude. Like bro...I didn't choose this for you! Not worth it when you've been flying all day. This was my 1st and last time using them for sure!

Advantage was a smooth experience. I flew into Nashville for the day and before long, I was driving a car from Advantage to Kentucky to pick up a puppy. The check-in process was easy, located inside the airport. Dropping off the car was easy and the entire day cost $100 minus filling up the gas tank on my own. (There are several gas stations close to the airport.)

No problems, very simple picked up car, although I did not get the car I requested, I got a brand new car in great condition. I ended up not needing a car for the days booked, and was refunded for the remainder. Deposit was also refunded right away. Great experience. Thanks!
