I was very impressed with them. Great communication. Zach was the best, made everything easy, communicated clearly before showing up. I take care of my cars and low profile tires and potholes don't go well together in Nashville. I was so glad they could salvage my rim.

I called and spoke with the owner about my 2021 BMW that had a small wheel rash. He was so kind and helpful. He scheduled Zach to come out the same week to assess my wheel as I was so bummed about my brand new car.Zach showed up earlier than scheduled and was the kindest and most helpful guy. He did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company on every level! Thank you Zach and Alloy Wheel Specialist!!! :):):)

Beware of doing business with this service. I will start by saying they did a nice job of repairing one rim. However, they were hired to fix one rim that I had clipped on a curb. They came out to my house when my mother was home. They fixed the one wheel and noticed minimal damage on another wheel. This was a less than 1 month old BMW so it is impossible there was anything more than a scratch on another wheel. They then proceeded to tell my senior citizen mother they could fix that wheel. When she went to pay, they charged double. I had left $125 to pay for their services so my mother wrote them a personal check. I promptly called their office and told them that I was upset and felt they took advantage of my senior mother. They said they would talk to their manager. I reached out to the main office and the manager became irate and told me I was trying to get out of a service and then proceeded to call me "a p***** before hanging up on me, showing their true character. Beware of doing business with this service.

This is a first class operation. In a few short months I already had 3 wheels with curb rash on my 2020 Range Rover. One of the wheels was in really bad shape. I called this company and made an appointment. Josh showed up early that morning. He's a real professional. In a matter of just a few hours, he made all 3 wheels look brand new again. I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, but if the need arises, this is my go to company. I could not be more pleased.

I had my wheels sprayed today and AWRS did an amazing job. I scheduled my appointment on a Monday and they were here by Thursday. In less than 4 hours, they completely transformed the look of my car and I didn't have to wait days. The benefit to the paint is that if a wheel gets damaged, it can be repaired on the spot and in less than 2 hrs vs a multi-day powered coat. The owner assured me that this automotive grade paint is just as durable as a powder coat, but only time will tell. I sure hope! I couldn't be more pleased with their work today.
