I ran into an issue with app after waiting over an hour for the system to find me a route. Got the message to see an associate. Called customer support, who were absolutely no help. The associate just said that she will notate my acct so that I am not penalized.
Went with my 1st mind to go back into the building for a manager. Angie was nice and able to help me immediately!!

Nice station. Well organized. Sometimes it's crowded and too dark to see pkg addresses but over all it's a nice place to work out of.

The place does not have a roof to protect the delivery people from inclement weather and this can affect the packages when they are being placed in the cars, whether due to rain or snow.

Amazon flex location. Great for a side job. People are friendly and quick. Don't break the rules. The have no tolerance policy on most of it.
