As always, the store was loaded with fresh and interesting clothing. My wife found the perfect pants for an upcoming event. The staff was friendly and helpful with no pressure. Enjoyable even for me, and I was just along for the ride! A+

Racial ProfilingI've visited this store several times since moved back to the area. This is the 3rd time I've been racially profiled. I decided to stop in after work yesterday and shop for some Spring items I saw on the website. I was greeted (which was nice) and said hello back. Then was followed around the store repeatedly asking to take my items to a dressing room. I know this is common but I said "no, I shop here often and know my sizes and want to match some things up." And one lady proceeded to follow me, literally hover over my shoulder and continued to walk behind me through the store. I reported this to the cashier. But wanted to write a review, since this has happened to me multiple times. I won't be back and won't spend more money here. I've shopped in Seattle & Dallas where's I've previously lived and always had great experiences. This location gives racist vibes. And I'm reaching out to headquarters. Do better, Nashville is becoming more diverse and your reps should embrace and reflect that!***The employees name who was racially profiling me was Abby.

Had a great experience shopping here! All associates were extremely helpful in getting a dressing room started and were very kind without being overbearing. Selection at this location is awesome compared to the smaller store in Franklin, and I appreciated the layout/merchandising at this location. I’ll definitely be back to visit.

My favorite store in person or online! But this location is great. The sales associates are always so nice and personable. They have beautiful displays, and the store is fairly clean. Plus there are so many great stores and food places around it, as well as Whole Foods.

I LOVE Anthropologie. Just walking into the store is an escape for me. I love my purchases and get many compliments. The staff in the Marlton store have been very helpful when I shop there. I always look forward to going there.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this Anthropologie. I purchased a set of huggie earrings. I did not keep the receipt as they were functioning perfectly the first few times I wore them. About 1 week after my purchase, the earrings would no longer clasp. I took them back to this Anthropologie location to exchange for something of similar value. I was told they do not accepted returned jewelry without a receipt despite the store's return policy stating "Without an original sales receipt, merchandise qualifies for an exchange at the current selling price. Item(s) exchanged must be of equal or greater value." Will not be returning for in store shopping after this experience.

I read the reviews and thought I might get rude service here, but actually all the associates were kind and asked me if I found everything I needed. I came for a dress to wear at a wedding and didn’t find one, but did find other cute things :p

Had to return a Christmas gift from my daughter. I did not have a receipt, but was allowed to exchange it for something of equal value. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and encounter with management. I will shop there in the future!

Horrible customer service. Won’t allow me to change a shipping address for a backordered item that hasn’t shipped yet. I am moving and the package isn’t shipping for 3 weeks- yet they won’t update my address so it will be shipped to the new owners and not myself. Horrible policy and customer service. Will never shop here again
