Excellent Service All the Way AroundThis moving company is the real deal, they are very customer centric and handled my move in record time! They arrived early and didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied with the placement of all my furniture! Brandon, Christine and Andrew were extremely knowledgeable, timely, kind and took great care of me and my family during this transition. Moving is never fun, but this team makes it a lot less stressful! Thank you Apex!

We have moved Eleven times! Most of them have been bad experiences. This industry is full of con men & out right crooks. The government has little inn the way of standards for the industry & we have little to no recourse when we get taken. HOWEVER Apex is the absolute exception. They are honest to a fault. Their word is as good as good. They go out of their way at every stop to make the moving experience as good as possible. They are the premier moving company in this area & the state. Do yourself a favor & at least call them & give Gary & his company a chance. You will not regret it!Arnold & Candace Miller

This was hands down the easiest move I've ever made. The drivers were on time for pickup. They were professional and personable. The same drivers delivered my belongings. Again on time and professional. I had no damage to my furniture or boxed items. It was truly refreshing after a horrible move from Texas..i would highly recommend them.

The movers snd the experience itself was great but when I made a call to see if they found items they may have been left on the truck NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. The problem was it was my Diplomas and iPad and several watch bands. I though I would have at least received a call to inquire about the items I was missing.

We worked with Rhonda Harrington and she walked us through the process. Rhonda was available to answer all my questions and would call and check to see how everything was going from start to finish. The driver Chris Varner and his wife Lisa along with the packing crew kept me informed and did an excellent job packing, keeping inventory and protecting our belongings. Everything was packed in one day and on day two everything was loaded and on the way to our new place. A company was there to build crates for our TVs and paintings and did an excellent job protecting them. The unloading was done in about 6 hours and everything was placed where we had asked. We had never had the full service move before so I was unsure of what to do. Both Rhonda our move coordinator and the driver Chris told me to sit back and relax and let them take care of it. Apex knocked it out of the ballpark for us

We've used Apex moving for two long-distance moves and they've been great! Most recently we used Sam and his crew and they were very fast, efficient, and really easy to work with. Thanks

I hired only labour. Elijah was very respectful and formal and i appreciated that. Effective communication calling, picking up the phone. And They also worked non stop which is also A sign of respect to my time and the money i paid. I just forgot his teammate's name but they work well together. Just a tiny itty bitty advice for your partner, please have him ask for permission to take properties' amenities, just out off politeness and good manners, not everything that's available in the building is available for everybody providing a service. In the end i was happy to help, but it's best to no rubb the customer the wrong way. First impressions you know.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They completely destroyed my new Peloton Treadmill. I filed a claim and went back and forth with the claims department for months, spent hours on the phone and tracking down a paper trail evidencing Apex was at fault (which they were). Apex denied the claim and refused to fix or reimburse us for breaking our treadmill. Even though it is clear that they were at fault and liable for the damages. The claims department is a joke and completely useless. If you are forced to use this company, make sure to buy your own insurance!! They will not take responsibility for damaging your items and will waste months of your time going through the incredibly slow claims process.Apex was specifically instructed not to load/move the Peloton Treadmill, as it is fragile and has to be moved by someone qualified to dis-assemble/re-assemble. The instructions not to move/touch this equipment was communicated multiple times with the company prior to the moving day and the day of the move directly to the movers. We even have the moving instructions in writing saying a third party mover was going to move the equipment and they were not to move.Apex does business with a third party moving company that is qualified to move things like exercise equipment. Apex arranged for this company to come out, disassemble the equipment, crate it in special moving crates, and then re-assemble at the new location. Third party moving equipment like this is standard protocol and the movers knew better despite it being communicated multiple times). Apex scheduled 2 days for the movers to pack and load our belongings. They scheduled the third party movers to come out and disassemble the equipment on the second day. However, the movers decided that they wanted to work late to complete the entire job on the first day and drive back to Tennessee. So, they took it upon themselves to attempt to disassemble and move the Gym equipment instead of following protocol and waiting for the third party movers. At the new location, the movers would only move the equipment to the garage. They said that we had to schedule Third Party Movers to come out and dis-assemble/re-assemble and move it into the house (even though they had no problem disassembling/reassembling to get out of our house...they refused to move it inside). We re-scheduled third party, which had been canceled due to the movers breaking protocol and moving the equipment despite being told not to. When third party came out the next week, they said that the equipment was damaged to the point that it was unusable. Missing bolts, damaged wires, entire power unit on the front had been ripped out, etc. They put this in their report and alerted the claims department at Apex that it was broken when they got there and they weren't going to be able to complete the job. I also immediately filed a claim with Apex.Over two months later after countless back and forth and long phone calls, Apex has denied the claim and said that there is not evidence that they broke the machine.

Don't use. Will botch the job and not take responsibility for the damages while their "claims" process tries to screw you over in ever way.

They got us where we needed to go, but the move itself was not very pleasant. On the first day of our move, 2 of the 3 movers had never packed and loaded a house before, apparently they were pulled from the warehouse to assist. As a result, a lot of what they did on day 1 had to be repacked on day 2. This ended up as a very long day for both us and the movers on day 2 and I didn’t catch some paperwork discrepancies until after the fact. The captain also brought his wife to assist on day 2. She did a good job, but I’m not really sure her relationship with the company. We ended up with broken dishes due to the poor packing of the movers on day 1 as well as a missing item. The claims process and support given after the move was good, but I would not use Apex again or recommend them to others based on our experience with the move itself.

apex steals your money, then you can never get them on the phone. they commit fraud by deceiving you. they are not a moving company. they are a broker. they charge you 2k to make a phone call and line you up with a low budget moving company who will hold your furniture hostage until you pay their ransom. once i got the fld ag's office and nv ag's office and nv dot enforcer involved, the moving company became so nice. my mission now, is to put apex out of business, so they don't duck anymore innocent people. the fld ag's office has these sob on their radar - already. it's just a matter of time apex !!! you ducked with the wrong new yorker.

My mom moved from Arizona to Rhode Island and used apex moving they are based in Florida and all I can say is that this is the worst possible moving company to use. They came and got her things in may and were not able to take half of the things she was quoted and had to use a uhaul pod for the rest of her things. We are now in July and over the past month all we have herd from them is that either her belongings are in transport or they have been picked up a few times...??? Don't know how they keep going from being in transit to being ready to be shipped. Every single time we call they say they will look into it and call back which they never do their customer service is absolutely horrible they have no idea where my moms things are and any number they give out for the moving company which is hired out by them is disconnected and there is no customer service for the 3rd party movers. We are now halfway through July and her belongings are still have yet to show up nor do they know where they are.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE
