Cute boutique on the outskirts of downtown Nashville. Nice area to explore/walk.

While Apple + Oak is small, it is filled with so many unique finds. They have amazing home decor, gifts, stickers, stationary, and glassware. I was in love with all of the Turkish rugs-- sadly they were out of a college student's budget. lol. The stickers varied from pop culture, tv shows, politics, and local nashville merch. We got two! I was also able to get a birthday card! Their cards and stickers are reasonably priced. I feel like so many shops in nashville all have the same stuff; however, this hand-curated store felt different, as i had not seen many of the products here anywhere else. From the store and store's social media, it is prevalent that their mission is social justice and social change. It was so exciting to visit and support a local business that is supporting is local community. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and modern. We will be back!

This is one of my favorite shops in Nashville! The owner is so nice, and I love all the quirky stuff I find here. I do most of my holiday shopping here for gifts as well because there's something for everyone. The location is perfect too because it's by a few other cute shops, and really close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Owner is super rude and uncomfortable. She was openly speaking badly about other businesses and it was very vicious. I would never support a small business like this. We just walked out.

Bea was so cool! Very friendly and went out of her way to dig through their inventory to help me find the perfect thank you card. A lot of cute pop culture related stuff here that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Pretty rugs, too

This is a really neat shop with lots of amazing things! My only complaint is that the person working at the time was really rude and was talking to her friends the entire time I was in there... including as I was paying for my items. No acknowledgement whatsoever. That aside, I did like the shop.

I've been following this store's iconic Instagram for a while, an account I highly recommend checking out. The owner runs it and she posts merchandise but also social justice, personal stories, Nashville happenings, and just funny things going on in the world (ie Hilaria Baldwin). I've messaged the account a few times and the owner is very sweet and friendly. I stopped in last week but it had closed early, which was disappointing. I came back today to get a panther pizza cutter I've had my eye on and the owner was just as nice in person. The store is very cute and has a lot of great gifts.

I absolutely LOVE Apple & Oak! This is probably my favorite Nashville shop in my favorite East Nashville shopping strip. The staff are always wonderful. They always have great fun items and wonderful cards for almost any occasion. And she sells the most beautiful imported rugs and doormats. She even sells fancy candy!

DO NOT ORDER!I wanted to support this local store however the owner, to date, refuses to meet her verbal commitment. The day before my purchase, they did not meet their posted business hours and the FedEx deliver guy and I were trying to figure out if anyone was present. I arrived the next day and my selected rug was not in stock. Concerned about buying a rug without feeling it, I asked about the return policy. I was told by the owner she offered full in store credit. I purchased my ordered rug and a rug in store. I was told the in store purchased rug, at the checkout counter, was laid out the day prior. I got my purchased rug home and realized there was a stain and knew I was more than likely misinformed about the $350 in store purchased rug. I received the ordered rug 18 days after the stated delivery date. Once delivered, I realized the rug was small and never removed it from its packaging. I reached out to the store and was told, based on the generosity of the owner, I needed to return the rug within 12 hours and would be charged a $40 fee. Again, I was never quoted this when I asked in store their return policy. Save yourself the heartache and order rug online directly from Magnolia.

This is the kind of shop where I buy gifts for friends/family and then want to keep them for myself because everything is so lovey! I particularly love their glasses section (so unique and styled) and their rugs. Allison, the owner, is so helpful and sweet! 10/10 recommend. Oh! And it’s a SMALL BUSINESS! So that makes supporting them/enjoying the experience all the more special.
