Always have a great experience here. I was getting a new phone and while waiting for iCloud to do its thing, decided to upgrade my laptop as well. Never felt like they were pressuring me into a sale and were very knowledgeable about the products.

If you are buying a product they treat you pretty decent but if you go in for service or any type help they treat you like a problem rather than a customer. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time with this store.

I’m not sure why they call those children the Genius Bar. If that’s the Genius Bar I would hate to see the dummy bar. They said my phone had no issues that the side button was working fine and he literally only had it in his for about 3 min. He also said there was nothing internally going wrong and the assistive touch literally came on by itself while in his hand, he said there was no way it did it by itself that it was 6 screens in but he’s the one who had it in the hand. They don’t want to repair anything and personally now that I’ve seen what they are working with I’m glad they didn’t. This is the LAST Apple device I purchase ever.

The worst place to go too! They never have answer for nothing is always sell sell sell. The phone is under warranty and stopped working no problem buy a new one that's fine we need your money. The manger was money hungry he didn't want to hear my problem all he told me is buy a new iPhone. The iPhone I had came messed up from apple in the box. I'm never using apple products again it will be team Samsung at least the phone doesn't come messed up and not power on

Waited an hour after being told someone would be right with us. Employees shooting the breeze with each other and occasionally helping other customers. Finally find out they aren't able to sell us a phone because of our carrier account within 30 seconds of someone actually beginning a dialogue with us... Pitiful service

I went into the store today and was told that my 15 pro max titanium iPhone was defective, which I just purchased 4 weeks ago! The representative said he was going to piece my phone back together! Excuse me, I don’t think so! You’re going to piece my 1500- 1700 dollar phone back together! What happened to honoring the warranty and just replacing my phone? I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the customer service!!!!

I was looking for Apple AirPod Max for my son for Christmas and couldn’t find them in stock anywhere. Apple in Green Hills helped saved Christmas. We finally found them there and they took 10% off because Best Buy had them cheaper. We walked in and barely had to wait. It was a great experience and very effortless. Apple in Green Hills made it a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this store again!

obviously spirit, one of the managers, does not care about apples customer service. I tried to buy a set of headphones at the Apple store 10 minutes before closing and I was told they were closed. then this lady who represented herself as spirit, the manager said sorry dude were closed. she refused to let me in when there were 20 people in the store. I took a picture and then another manager walked up to me, concerned that I was taking a picture, then offered to help me after I told him that spirit would not let me make a purchase. purchase. also three other customers walked in behind me. the second manager did sell me the headphones and he was very nice but only because he saw me taking pictures.

Manager Venice is truly horrible. She does not understand anything about customer service or how to do her job at all. Truly the most incompetent and lazy person I have ever interacted with.

when i walked in the store there was employees available to help me i was there for 20 mins and people was walking by me and went to help a customer that just walked in . i have never had a problem with the rudeness and the lack of hospitality
