Me and my friend came In on April 1st got seated but it took forever for someone to come over to ever ask if we wanted a drink. Me and my friend just decided to leave as there was also employees sitting around the bar just taking to each other and just completely ignored us. Will not come back to this location again.

Parking: Parking can be busy at peak hours.They have a few handicap parking spots.

If you want a quick bite to eat, don’t go there. I’ve only gone there for their baby back ribs. This was the 2nd time I’ve been to this place and both times the service was horrible. It took 10 minutes!( really) to get water and a menu. I asked for lemon for my tea and for extra napkins -twice! Never got them. We expected to eat and be out within an hour but it was over 2 hours. I don’t know if they can’t keep help or too cheap to hire more people but I’d rather eat than spend my time waiting on something that never came.

My food was great but the young host that were seating people when I ask if me and my husband can sit at booth we were told no, then once we were seated at small table within 3 mins she sat 2 different couples in both of the empty booths that were open...

When we walked in the hostess was complaining to another girl about how she doesn't have to say "welcome" to guests she just says "how many" and keeps it moving. Which is cool but the complaining about your job in front of customers walking in the door is unnecessary. We were seated and sat for 15 minutes with no one saying a word and the waitress walked up to the table right next to us three times and even had to be called for by the table next to them just so they could get refills. We finally walked out after waiting awhile because the other tables she had clearly were not being served the way they should be and we didn't want that to be our whole experience.

Waitress was very nice...steak was terrible. Every bite was so tough..green beans were rubbery but we waited 25 minutes to be seated and after we were seated drinks were brought ..had a appetizer with no plates and no silverware or napkins..waited another 24 minutes on the food and still was waiting on the damn silverware..i was so upset that i did not complainMe my child and fiance payed our bill and still tipped the waitress bc she was so very sorry but was not her fault..will never ever go back..not to this one

The bartender named Ashley is unprofessional, rude, and cannot multitask well. When I arrived and until I left, Ashley didn’t properly introduce herself or tell anyone her name at the bar, so everyone just hollered “hey” or “excuse me ma’am”. She deliberately neglected me for 25 minutes and chose to cater to a small group of 5 people that arrived before me. When I finally got her attention to place my order, Ashley told me that a particular margarita listed on the menu was NOT possible to make, started to scold me on my decision and made a very unpleasant facial expression while stating “Nobody ever orders that”. After changing her mind and making the drink, it ending up tasting horrible. Ashley got upset and aggressively threw my drink away, when I politely asked to switch it for a different type. It took me 25 minutes just to get my first drink, and I never received the soft drink that was part of my order. Nevertheless, Ashley made my entire dining experience very uncomfortable, in addition to, unnecessarily complicated for no reason. Food was good but unfortunately due to VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will not be returning.
