The absolute worst uniform company I have ever used. Used them for about 2 months 2 years ago. Never delivered on time. Never, not once, delivered what they were supposed to. And now I get 7-8 calls a week from a customer survey for them. Nothing I have tried gets me off that call list. Nothing good to say at all about this company. Stay clear.

at my job we have a weekly dry cleaning service for our uniforms, they have two sets of them and we wear one set while the other is being cleaned or @ least we're supposed to? some times I get only a shirt and 1 or 2 pairs of pants delivered to last me a full work week

Representative Matt Mills came out to my shop in May 2021. At that time we made an agreement to do business. After MULTIPLE excuses as to why my uniform order wasn’t filled, I called Matt again on 8-9-21. I made the statement, “I believe Aramark just doesn’t want my business therefore they are ignoring me hoping I go away.” Matt said, “ I believe you are right.” At that time I moved on to another uniform company. How they managed to become such a big company with service this bad is mind boggling!

I wish I could give -5 stars. This company or company's sales person is not doing the business ethically. Don't sign on any paper when they simply tell you that you are signing for the service you are receiving. They tricked me into signing into contract paper for 10 years. Worst way to get someone to bind into a contract.
