Walked into my credit union I’ve been using for years. Was going to move all my accounts from Regions.No cashiers. Very loud transactions. No thanks I want a real bank with real people.

I am overjoyed that Lawrence Clark helped me to setup my notifications on my phone so I will never have and over draft on my accounts. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. He even showed me how to locate my different accounts and keep them organized. I felt seen and I felt appreciated!!! NEVER BANK HERE!!!! WILL BE THE WORST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had if I could write them a negative start I would you cannot get no one on the phone their representatives are rude. If you lose your debit or credit card, you have to pay anywhere from 30 to 50 bucks. They charge you any fees without your knowledge. And they take money out of your account. I’m trying to finish paying my credit card off, but they keep charging me once I finish that I’m leaving I sent for good advice anyone reading this to never bank here. NEVER!!! BANK HERE

Do you not do not do not do not do not bring your money year. This is one of the worst banking institutions in Nashville Tennessee. They take your money without you knowing add unnecessary fees in the policy without you being aware if you lose your debit or credit card they charge you anywhere from 30 to 50 bucks to get a new one which should be free I could go on a lost so so so much money over the years pan I just said B did I didn't know about and had my account and a negative do not bring your money here I'm trying to save you.

Take your small business account inquiry elsewhere. Thats what all the body language, short responses and care told me.I set an appointment to discuss opening a business account days ago. When I arrived I was told “she’s busy, but we don’t set up or handle business accounts in branch. I can set up a phone appointment if you like” I was then given large windows of time that would not work for me, so I took the hint and left. I wish they would’ve just told me the weren’t interested in the first place and saved me the effort & time.

Went to location to deposit cash. Went to the outdoor ATMS. All 3 were off line. Went inside, greeter pointed me to ATMs. First ATM the sound didn't work, the second wouldn't take my cash. Guess they don't want my money.

I used to enjoy banking here but their new changes have changed my banking experience for the worse. There is little to no privacy when the electronic teller wants you to holler private information that you’ve already given through the ID scan. I will take my business elsewhere when I have the time to come back and close my account.

Definitely not a fan of the loud mouth new teller ATM machine. If you want people to think about robbing you, this is MOST DEFINITELY THE PLACE. The machine isn’t built to deposit large amounts, unless it’s 40 $20 dollar bills, larger dollar amounts seems to always mess up any ATM, now I have a dispute, because during my transaction it comes up $200 dollars short. I spent more time at the atm, verses being the first person, to be helped, due to the fact it wasn’t a line. Not to mention if the money was short, we would’ve definitely known, RIGHT THEN AN THERE, if I was dealing with a teller IN PERSON, but no the teller she rather recognize how many bills I had, verses doing a quick deposit, she could clearly this is not a small amount, so now I HAVE TO WAIT, to see what happens, when they do the count, based off the loudmouth ATM screen guy. This place just keeps going downhill!!!!

Been with Ascend location have never had a problem you may have to wait to see a representative but they take time to satisfy your request
