The sales staff were great. Easy transaction, very good to deal with. They reco'd a delivery service, and the guy was awesome, showed up on time, super nice. So why 3 stars? It is an outlet store, so items are as-is and some of the furniture is more messed up than they appear on the surface. Inspect each item REALLY carefully or you could get stuck with a damaged item. Treat it like a used car from a questionable dealer, look for repairs or anything that seems out of the ordinary. You might get a great deal, or you might end up disappointed.

Long story short but overall I was very satisfied with the services received. The young lady that greeted us was very friendly. This process was over the course of a week and we visited multiple stores in the immediate area. I initially worked with James, then Brian and ended up ordering with Xavier since James was not available that day and we needed the sofa immediately. Brian was great in providing information on the products within our budget and the delivery options available. We ended ordering through Ashley outlet at the Antioch location because of the service and it was within our budget. Thank you Antioch team!

My shopping experience was flawless. Xavier and Brian took great care of me. I came in, let them know what I was looking for and they gave me some great choices. We worked out a great deal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Awesome place to buy great quality furniture Anastasia at the hickory hollow store, was super helpful and got us the best price for what we needed. The manager and other sales members were great at helping us load our items as well. Will be back to purchase in the future.
