I went in yesterday to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro for the iPhone 16 Pro. I was told it is store policy that I have to purchase additional insurance and upgrade early anytime, but I can cancel after 14 days so my first bill will be more expensive. So I left and ordered online where I can choose not to purchase insurance or the upgrade.
ATT canceled my order bc of an identity issue, but said to bring in my ID to reorder. I was told they can’t re-order it as it was, but can reorder it with the insurance and upgrade policy. Store policy or not, that is wild. Even when online (site and google) says it’s optional.

Absolutely horrible I myself work for att and the lady I worked with tried to tell me that you can’t borrow someone else’s upgrade when I’ve done it many times for customers. So we upgrade my brother in laws phone and my father is be only one with an upgrade so she turns my fathers phone completely off hand me a sim and says oh this should work not this will work not being sure of herself for one like if you don’t know how to do it get a more experienced sales rep to help so now I’ve been on the phone with att for 3 hours now and counting because 1 person couldn’t do their job effectively

The store rep accidentally signed me up for the wrong plan. Mistakes happen all good. However, this mistake cascaded into a series of unfortunate events that are too long to recount here. The store rep was apologetic. However, the manager never came over to offer help or apologize even though she was not engaged with any customers or doing work, just sitting in a chair talking with another employee, laughed at the series of errors and how bad it was, displayed no willingness to help or sympathy for what happened and left me with no answer. As a business owner myself I can’t imagine laughing at a customer’s pain caused by company error. I was recommended by phone support to go to a different ATT store and I did. The other store resolved my issue in under an hour and offered their sympathy and support.

Do not go to this branch The worse customer service I have seen I was there in the store waiting more then tow hours they ware busy talking each other they don’t care a customer is waiting for them, waisted my tow hour then I left getting any help from them

Went to the Nashville west store in Nashville, Tn. was instantly greeted by JD and immediately liked him. very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. got us our product quickly, and we were in and out in about half the time it usually takes. Jd is most certainly an asset to this or any company!!

Andrew and Hannah (the manager) are absolute Rockstars. My wife and I had to get help with transferring her number to my carrier, and we spent over a week calling the customer service line, and trying to get help in various other locations and no one wqs able to help us. Andrew and Hannah went above and beyond, helping us with a new sim card, and telling us where to call to get the help we needed. Even if im not an at&t customer, im going to be getting any accessories I can from this location.
