My experience at this store was terrible. I was told I could not PAY a bill unless I had the account number, now mind you I had the private passcode, the address and the social security number of the person's bill I wanted to pay. Plus the guys in the store were unhelpful and rude. Further more what makes this especially awful is a sales person named Giovanni Moreno sold this service to my 85 year old father who has dementia and is hard of hearing. I told him we weren't interested but he would not go away, he came back when I wasn't at my father's house interntionally. Plus my dad has no solicitation signs, didn't matter. He's going to TRESPASS and sell the service anyway. Now mind you all I want to do is PAY a bill. AT & T has no idea what the words customer service mean. One of the WORST customer service experiences ever!!!!!!

They are horrible. They have hidden fees when you get a phone and the manager is very difficult to work with if you are trying to return. They violate ADA guidelines. They are prejudice against disable people and will not work with them and their disabilities. Mean. . .

Patrick the manager was free when I walked in. Another employee was helping another customer. Patrick walked me through my different options for a new phone etc. and helped set up the new phone as well. He was very helpful and professional.

I had a terrible experience at AT&T on Charlotte Avenue. Really terrible!. However, Patrick at AT&T in Bellevue was absolutely incredible. He worked with me for two hours solving a technical glitch on the part of Xfinity, which Xfinity did not help me with, and finally after being extremely patient, the problem was solved.
He had to call supervisors, technical divisions, contact AT&T directly and though it all extremely pleasant and apologetic that this was taking place
. Also. After looking at reviews of other telephone company offices, none of them seem to get positive reviews, but this was incredible.
Sorry, I had to go through all of this, but here’s a guy who really took the time the interest and the attention Of getting this solved for me

SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE at this AT&T store yesterday!!! Went in desperately needing a new phone and Jeremy walked me through every step of the process. From choosing the right iPhone for me, to getting it set up and everything transferred over before leaving the store. (Note: I did do my hw and backup my phone before walking in. This point is essential & I know not everyone does it.) Other person I interacted with who worked there was very kind as well. Thank you AT&T for a really great experience!! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Iyohnna made our experience very easy, she made sure we got any and all deals and was incredibly patient and kind! Without her there I would have left and figured out another option. However she made the process very simple and fun. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!!!!!!

Iyonna is the best!!! 5 stars is not enough to rate her service. 10 stars! I've never met anyone more helpful and personable. She went above and beyond for my husband and I and stayed after work hours to help everyone in the store with their concerns She deserves a raise ?? ?

I want to say that Patrick is the top employee I have ever met and had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I have had att for more than 15 years and I can say I was planning to change my provider and he is the reason I am staying. I give him 10 stars and think he should be over the entire store. Thank you Patrick!!!!!

Patrick helped me with a complicted request to cancel my service after moving from Missouri. It took more than one call and several conversations between Patrick and the AT&T help line to get my service cut off. I appreciate his patience and knowledge of how to locate my service online and communicate with the loyalty assistants to complete my cancellation.

Patrick was amazing. My old phone was no longer functioning and he helped me pick out a new one and set it up quickly. He brought a very stressful situation to a quick resolution and I'm grateful to have had such a friendly and efficient rep to help me out.

This 5 star review goes directly to the incredible service and experience I had working with Iyohnna G at the highway 70 location. After days of getting nowhere with my issue on phone calls and chats with ATT I came into the store. Within a few moments Iyohnna figured out the problem and was quick to begin the process of helping me fix it. After awhile, the issue had to be escalated and she handled that conversation for me with the ATT higher ups and got my service resumed shortly after. Iyohnna I want to thank you again for caring enough to help me through my reconnection with such poise and professionalism! Highly recommend this store to those in the Bellevue area looking for a great customer service experience.
