The young man that helped me was very nice greeted me at the door helped me with all my needs. Got me set up fast with my new iPad. Now that's great customer service. I don't remember his name but he was spanish.

I am blown away by the hospitality and kindness that was shown to me by the representative named Jonathan Ford. He was very professional, very kind and very knowledgeable. He did not take hours and hours explaining things like some sales associates do. I definitely recommend him to my family and friends thank you thank you thank you.

I went in on Friday and was immediately greeted. Unfortunately, with the vague informationIhad, the two was unable to help with all of the issue I came in to resolve. When we came back, with information, again immediately greeted. There was no wait and the rep was able to immediately resolve the issue.

My daughter and I went to find a new phone for myself. Lucas took care of everything. He went above and beyond. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Extremely impressed with my visit to the at&t store in Madison, Tn on Monday. I needed a new phone. I had my new phone complete with info transfered from old phone and out the door in less that 30 minutes.
