Just don't. It's pretty bad when not only the employees but also the manager suggest you change providers over wanting to help you. AT&T y'all may wanna hire new staff that actually encourage people to choose your service.

Walmart caused a fiasco with my phone last week. I had to come in to get my services restored and after doing so Kathleen suggested when I get my new phone to bring it in to let them do the setup. I came in and was immediately greeted by a young man named Uriel. Explained the situation and he took care of everything. He was super nice and professional. Thank you for having such wonderful employees.

Matt approached me as soon as I walked in the door. Began helping me right away. Very knowledgeable. I was there to look , but Matt helped me so well. Answered all my questions. So I just went ahead and decided to buy.

I'm going to do speak to text and I'll try to be as brief as possible but I'm in an AT&t store in Hendersonville Tennessee I'm from Oklahoma but I've had issues with my phone so many I can't even start to tell you I've been to many AT&t stores and no help in fact they made my phone worse but there's a Sheila s h i e l a at the Hendersonville Tennessee location that was finally able to get me going and get most of my issues solved she was so helpful I just wanted somebody to know that they've got a great employee in this lady and the rest of the issues I think I can do on my own as far as the apps and and some other things so anyway just want to tell somebody how much I appreciated their employee here I think she's a manager

I came in and was immediately greeted. Walmart shipped me a phone without activating it and it locked up my account. Kathleen got on the phone with tech support and got my phone service restored as quickly as she could. She was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return to the rivergate store.

Probably the worst experience we've had with any wireless carrier. They are inept at their jobs and very rude and unhelpful about the issues they caused from the beginning. They kept giving us the runaround for a week and when we called corporate to get the problem resolved they told us e we're told multiple lies about the issue and what could be done. We have been left with an unusable device that was reported stolen before we even got it. They are still refusing to fix the issue and coming up more and more excuses. I'm not sure if other att locations are any better, but steer clear of this location.

Jonathan Ford DOES NOT need to be a sales representative. Having issues with my husband's phone went in and was told he couldn't/wouldn't help us. I was trying to get information by asking him SIMPLE questions to try and resolve my issue. And he became the Karin in the situation. I simple asked of he could see if our phones were paid off to know if there unlocked.. his response I'm not gonna argue with you. I was so confused I asked a simple question and that was his answer. Terrible customer service.

After a recent visit to the AT&T Store in West Nashville, I figured I could pop in on my side of town to get a few things accomplished, such as upgrading my watch. Boy, was I wrong... The store, which is located in a small plaza across from Rivergate Mall, is decently kept and clean with all the standard products on display. The main difference with this location is the service, or lack thereof. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a line of people waiting to be greeted. We stood there for close to 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The acknowledgement came with asking what our name was, so we could be added to a list. There was no questions about our visit, etc...Once I tossed my name down, I was told it would be anywhere from 20 to 50 minute wait. Kind of a big gap of time, so I wandered around the store, scoped the watch I wanted and decided it would be easier to purchase online and pick up at the store. Even though I live closer to this location, I chose to pick up my new watch at the Nashville West location for obvious reasons. Overall, not the best look for an AT&T location.

Worst customer service ever I walked in there looking to switch my service over to att. A sales rep approach me explain to her I was looking to switch services also looking for a phone or use my previous one she wasn't paying attention one bit she didn't even talk at all, she was staring into space at the ceiling so I asked her a question then she looked at me and said huh, what? So I just left I will not be getting AT&t services. she looked as she didn't want to be there or even talk to me, didn't care about what I had to ask, short answers wasn't even trying to make a sale

I came in and was greeted by Bobby. I communicated what I wanted and he delivered. He exceeded my expectations! He was very personable, friendly, and good at his job! Everyone else was also friendly and seemed concerned in fulfilling my requests. I couldn't have asked for better service!

I went in to preorder the new iPhone and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Bobby was awesome and very informative also friendly. He made sure to match me with the correct services and promotions to get me the best deal. Looking forward to doing business with him and AT&T again.
