Girl with pink braids was rude and disrespectful! After check out she asked if I needed a bag, I said no… after not eating all our pretzels I went back to ask for a bag… she said “ I asked you earlier” train your kids better!! No need for snarky comment!!

Just the spot for sweet treats. The staff was quick to get us settled with our order. I was happy to see they carried Carvel ice cream.If you're a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, there tends to be a special available. I highly suggest asking about any deals available.

Had a great experience here. The food was delicious both days we came and customer service was awesome!These workers were SLAMMED with a massive competition and it didn't show when we interacted with them both days. Our orders were accurate and fresh each time!

Purchased a large peanut butter and chocolate syrup sundae with vanilla ice cream. Received a caramel and chocolate syrup.Asked for it to be corrected, and the young man who made it said it was peanut butter. But he would remake it.No whip cream, and still caramel!I suggested that someone must have accidentally put caramel in the peanut butter dispenser, and they all argued it was peanut butter not caramel.I said you can clearly see the difference and taste the difference between. Peanut butter and caramel.They produced a container full of peanut butter. And I asked them to make it with the peanut butter, this time they made it a small no whip cream, no cherry, but at least it's peanut butter.Shame on you for taking advantage of people and not making it right without turning it into a fight.Love the Gaylord, hate a cheat.

Only thing I was disappointed in was friendliness of service staff and messing up my order. I asked for large drinks but she made small ones. The pretzel mini dogs were awesome! I would defiantly get again. Even at the high price.

Poor customer service with price gouging techniques. I asked for a regular pretzel and was told they don't have any, so I asked when some would be ready and the lady said that they don't make them because it's "easier" to make only the pretzel bites which are $2 more than the regular whole pretzel, and seems to be less of it than a regular pretzel would be. However, they offered it on their menu board.

Here on Christmas eve. While the hotel was close to capacity, the staff at Auntie Anne’s were great (included Carvel ice cream). The manager and owner Tim went out of their way to check on people in line, and keep things moving quickly. In addition, he cared about making sure his staff was able to leave on time so they could get home for Christmas too.

We went to the Elf experience in Gaylord Opryland and that little girl was so rude and talking about us to her Co worker right in front of us. I guess she thought it was too loud for us to hear! All we did was question if they had just finished cooking a certain food and laughed saying it looked like it ? because it was funny we thought it was something they happened to not have. She was so rude she said with an attitude " if I had it I'd serve it to you". And then hands my mother in law something she didn't order and ww asked what's this and again with an attitude say it's what you ordered from us.. Okay but lighten up 5 days before Christmas if you don't want to be there then don't, you are only ruining a very expensive experience for other people. She almost brought me back but it was my bday celebration and I just told her she needs to stop giving attitude to people for no reason. And then left her a nice tip! Happy holidays.. right?

Amazing, I enjoyed their location at Opry mall.I recommend them.
