I bought a battery from this location. I had the employees install it for me - it took 3 of them because the security alarm going off baffled them to the point that they didn't want to continue and were repeatedly connecting and reconnecting the battery. If I knew it was going to be so much trouble I would've tried another auto parts store or just done it myself.

Very rude staff. The man working at this location on 12/21/2024 at 11am was incredibly rude with my fiancé, who was needing help with his car. I don’t think customer service this guy’s forte.

The service at this particular store is less than horrible. I picked out some wiper blades, brought them to the front to buy, looked the guy directly in his eyes, and without a word, pointed to the self check-out. He was sitting at a register, didn't say a word, just pointed. Nope. Lazy employees do not equal repeat business. I'll go elsewhere from now on because your employees are street

I’ve been here several times. Never once have I had a good experience. You’re gonna wait for 20 minutes or more in line, just to talk to someone who is careless and seems to hate being there. They won’t try to look for your part, they aren’t in any rush to help anyone and they have no knowledge of cars whatsoever.

Absolutely the rudest and worst customer experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. Thankfully I don't live on this side of town so I don't have to come back

This location is always busy! Well stocked store, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get help. The staff does seem well trained.

First shift manager LIED to my dude about them having loaner tools, not knowing he had borrowed some tools yesterday to work on his truck and had come to return them. If it were me, I would have kept the tools, but my dude is a stand-up guy and insisted he take them back despite being lied to. Gross behavior. Wish I knew his name so I could call him out by name.

I will never shop at AutoZone ever again, or at least not the ones in West Nashville anymore, due to the service I just experienced at the, 3913 Charlotte Pike location. The store number is 0068. At 10:18 a.m. today July 17th 2024 I was accosted by Willie E. Following myself and my girlfriend around the store peeking over our shoulders and invading our personal space as though we were shoplifting. I would never do such a thing first of all. Second of all I had only been in the store for maybe 2 to 3 minutes where I had picked up a quart of oil for my Kia rio. I have never felt so violated in an AutoZone before as I do now. Someone really needs to give him some customer service training because he is completely out of line and the next time the person might not be as nice as me and he might actually find himself hurt.

I bought a small floor jack just to do some quick work on my truck while I was visiting from out of town. When I took it out and raised the jack to up to see if it would reach I realized it wasn’t even gonna reach it. I immediately brought it back to return but was denied because “too many people buy, use and then return these”. If that’s the return policy, so be it, I can understand not wanting to return equipment like that. Online I couldn’t find the return policy stating anything like that so I decided to call the customer service number to make sure. After explaining the reasoning and circumstances to the representative, they told me they’d have the area manager call me. I never did receive that call. I gave up on the return and figured I could use it for something. Back home AutoZone is great and is usually very helpful, maybe it’s just the area but was not a very positive experience for me.

drove across town from brentwood after being told that liquimoly hydraulic lifter was available and in store. clearly was told a lie to be taken off the phone for either being busy, short staffed, or not caring at all. i tell all people on the phone to take their time i can wait. Arriving at the store, i get a deadpan look only to be told there was another store down the road after explaining what happened. weaponized incompetence. the “other” store actually did the due diligence and checked.

The store Manager Tascha is always pleasant and informative. Goes out of her way to help customers with questions or concerns about products. She is always giving her all! You can tell she loves what she does! Autozone is blessed to have her on the team! I know she will go above and beyond with Autozone ????????

Having auto problems when we were 300 miles from home. Didn't know what to do. The young man helped us resolve the risk and we made it home.

I was in this particular store 3913 Charlotte Avenue Auto Zone fairly recently at beginning of April 2024. In looking for a particular fuse for my Jaguar xj8 I asked a worker who had on a tan/brown camouflage hat, fairly tall and may have worn glasses for help. Right off he seemed bothered or something when I asked for help because they didn’t initially seem to have the fuse I needed. I ended up checking out and found one I needed. I had shared that I needed it for the cigarette lighter to work and during the course of discussing this he all of a sudden started using profanity. Not directly towards me but just in general. Not sure of his motive but he definitely didn’t greet me in that manner when I first walked in the store and even while helping me. So why did he wait until I was checking out to do it? Idk, but maybe it has to do with the type demeanor he had when I did ask for help and I realize that I myself matched his demeanor Only to show him what he was doing and no I didn’t appreciate it so his response to even that was to use profanity when it should have been to Digress, realize you were wrong and continue to help. Or just say there’s someone else who can help you or just simply say I don’t want to help you. Anyhow there are some people/customers who aren’t interested in hearing cussing profanity and slick talk. You guys should keep this in mind. Please do.
