Some girl who is an employee name (alandis) running her mouth. Idk, if she took a breath while talking so much gave my 17 year old daughter the wrong antifreeze for her MERCEDES BENZ. Law suit is coming if her car mess up.

I usually like Auto Zone but I hadn’t been to this one before. I went in on Thursday and when I walked in I could already feel the vibe. No one even looked up. I stood behind another customer to ask for help from the guy behind the counter and when he finished with that customer he looked at me and walked away without a word and never came back. So I went and stood in line at the cashier behind the one other person in the store. When it was my turn I told her I needed a rear wiper. She looked it up and said they don’t have it, so I said I also needed a battery check and she told me they don’t have the machine to do it and told me to go to Advance Auto Parts down the street. Again, minimal words, no apologies, no smiles, just no one there who wanted to be at work I guess. The guy at Advance was great, helpful, friendly. Just save yourself the time and trouble and go there first. It’s literally a half mile down the road.

On August 10 at 10:30 am, there is an employee named Mike, he is yelling and disrespecting customers, so I told him I will Mick a complaint, he said I don't care if they will fire me or not, I will cancel my business account with AutoZone because of this employee, Respecting customers is the most important service in any company

Life long customer, not anymore, not after today. I will stay with advance auto.
Been a life long customer for auto zone for over 30 years. One bad service ruins it. My company has cars parked behind this store. I was gonna be here for a couple of hours working on some of our cars. Went in to use the restroom. And was told they don't have public bathrooms. So I was forced to hold it till my work was done. Auto zone and advance auto parts has never told me I couldn't use the restroom till now. One location will ruin it for all. Will not be back. Way to go guys.

From what I understand this store let's employees work their whole shift 8 plus hours and employees don't have to take a break I always thought you had to take breaks if you work 8 plus hours

This place was actually exceptional, seriously if you're close by use this place. Everyone I met from the new person to the manager took time to be helpful and were actually really cool people.
