From what I understand this store let's employees work their whole shift 8 plus hours and employees don't have to take a break I always thought you had to take breaks if you work 8 plus hours

I just went into the store I demanded a refund after waiting 30 minutes in line I asked one of the guys could they remove my oil cap as I just paid $60 for some oil and power steering fluid. They are RACIST THIS IS THE 2 TIME I HAVE BEEN TREATED POORLY BECAUSE I am African American. All the white people get helped with no problem! Refused to remove my oil capAndrew Johnson "Management" very very Rude, Stephen chris will help anyone if they are white! Sad they Need to be gone!!!

Staff was talking about inappropriate activities and dropping the F bomb very loudly. The man who checked me out had as much jewelry on as Mr.T quite excessive. Id sure like to see him work on a car like that. The parking lot was full of riff raff and I was surely going to be robbed in bright daylight. Good thing I had my 9 on me. Is there no more standards in the world at all?

We stopped here on our way home to check our battery out. Spencer helped us and was the nicest person. You could tell he loved his job. Smiling and so friendly. Awesome employee!!!

My car battery had died the other day and I didn't know what to do. Luckily a guy in the parking lot wanted to help me but neither of us had cables... Luckily the AutoZone Auto Parts store was near the place. I was able to find the necessary implements that I needed easily, quickly and at an affordable price.

One of cashiers, sack me from the shop because I asked for a warranty on my damaged parts. He claimed to be the store manager and refused to serve me. The all male staff on duty looked on whilst I was verbally abuse for being in the store..

I went in for a couple of new filters and the store manager, Joe, was super helpful! He put my engine filter in for me and was really pleasant to chat with. Will definitely come back here for any future car necessities, thanks Joe!

Joe Dishong is the best store manager I have ever seen working in this business. I had originally gone to O’Riellys for a car battery for my 2006 Escape, and due to their lack of professionalism, I decided to give this store a call for my needs.Joe answered the phone, answered my questions with clarity, professionalism and downright awesomeness and I headed STRAIGHT to him.He took care of everything I needed and even with the crazy rush of business, he gave me his full attention as well as assisting other employees and customers along the way.Amazing service and I will ONLY be back due to him and his efforts to improve the quality of this store. If I can give 10/10 for Joe I would.Give him a raise!!!
