Bought a part 3 days ago. They told me they could have it in the next day, came back, didn’t have it in the store, they told us to come back the next day, again, same story, the didn’t have it. I was refunded but definitely annoying for wasting my time. I’ll order it online from someone else instead.

Free battery installation when you buy from them and price was reasonable. The guys at this store were kind, helpful, and efficient getting my new battery in for me. Would definitely go back next time I need some vehicle help.

cannot thank the staff of this location enough!! i brought my car in and it needed a new alternator. not only did they call a mobile mechanic to install it for me, they let me wait in the back. they also lent me a charger when my phone started to die. this is my first time in Nash but if i ever need any car repairs in TN i’ll most definitely be back!

Donelson Pike Autozone: Battery went dead at YMCA this morning. Had to walked up 1-2 miles to Autozone to buy a new one. Out of sheer kindness, the manager (Richard M.) gave me a ride back down to the YMCA, installed the new battery. I offered a tip for his and he refused. Thanks Richard for being a nice guy. =)

Hunter and Aiden made my experience smooth and were well informed. They even put my battery on right there in the rain. In and out within ten minutes and great customer service. Not to mention the prices started out $70 less than their neighboring competitor. I will be back!

Thank you, Richard for going above and beyond today! My daughter came into the store today to buy a car battery because the one in her car just blew up in a parking lot down the road. As you can imagine she was a bit rattled. You provided excellent customer service in the store but that is not all. You offered to follow them to her car and install the battery. Now that is going above and beyond! You went the extra mile, like 3000 extra miles! Thanks so much for installing the battery and being an awesome human being.

I needed a new battery for my car. Richard the store manager was very kind and helpful. He even went above and beyond and drove to where my car was at to installed the battery. I know where I’m going from now on if I need other things for my car.

This is the best place to go for anything w your car. The manager treated me so well. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my brake lights in 2 minutes after I went to oreilleys and advance and no one helped me. This is the place I will go to from now on.
