I stopped in to have my brake light replaced!Ronny was so accommodating & changed it while teaching me a few things. This AutoZone has exemplary staff! I highly recommend this AutoZone @ 2350 Murfreesboro Pike if you want your car checked or need parts!

Do not come to this store. There is no proactiveness to help, you will not find what you are looking for unless you know exactly what is that you are looking for (only for experts) I walked in looking for a mudguard and mudguard clips and the lady that was there was more concerned about going to Kroger to get her something to eat than helping me, they seems to not sell mudguards (according to the PC) and told me I have to find the clips my self in the shop 😱 total waste of time. I think you all do more going online that visiting these guys that don’t want to sell

Thank you to the men of this location after a rough night at work I got off and my car was dead. These gentlemen made sure the corrosion on my battery was off and then installed my new battery after . O'Reilly refused to. It took literally two minutes for him to install and he was so kind and thoughtful. I was tired so I don't remember his name but thank you so much.

The manager is super rude ? because you don't bring your receipt, he doesn't give you your money back when in other auto zones they do it because it's already happened to me, just by passing the card you paid with, they'll give it back to you
