Unfortunately, this is the worst ATM and bank location in downtown nashville. 9/10 times I have used the drive through ATM I am approached by some individual asking for money which makes me feel very unsafe. In addition, I deposited a large amount of money last month and the ATM shut down immediately after I deposited it. I had to wait for an hour on hold with customer service before I could file a claim(while sitting in front of the atm). This week a drunk man almost hit me after he stood at the drive through atm for 10 minutes pressing random buttons (he proceeded to try to drive afterwards). Do not go here. It is not a safe location. It is also not a timely location.

Opened a new business online and made an appointment to handle the signal cards. Well organized and not crowded. Simi took great care of us. In and out in 20 minutes! Convenient parking in their own lot.

This is the only BOA branch I go to in Nashville. I've been going here for 4 years and have always had great service. Paul made Opening an account smooth and always keeps me in mind about building credit and starting to think about future investments. I've never had a long wait to see a teller and there's never been more than a few cars in like at the exterior ATM. This branch is reliable and has free parking on-site. There is also a security guard outside the doors during business hours which makes me feel extra safe.

This is the worst Bank of America in America. Hands down. There's NO tellers/drive up banking. When you go in Frank tells you that it will be 2+ days before anyone can see you. This is a joke. This branch needs to be closed since they don't help anyways.
