I used to bank here all the time but lately I've had to go to the Bellevue location. No one greets you when you walk in. Today there were 4 people behind the counter. Only 1 of which were working. Everyone watched the sit and no one asked what I needed. Today was the second time this has happened. Disappointed in this branch

5 star ! One of the best banking experience I've had in a while. Brian Mahoney, and employee, was fantastic and answered all my questions. He was amazing. I am opening up a business nearby and he answered all of my questions and took very good care of me and my needs. I am glad I found a Bank and a representative as I am new in town. Fantastic bank I can't wait to tell everyone. Awesome Brian

Bank of America may not always have the best reputation, but this is because it all depends on the location. This is on the Westside near Nashville West. Easy Peasy parking, not always a great feat downtown for parking but here, yes easy. I have had my safety box here, did you know you get it free with certain accounts, Yep free! If you need money in different countries call ahead and they don't charge like other banks, but you do pay the conversion fee. Don't want others to think I am saying they are giving away money, just not the added fee. They also do free notories, yep that is free too. For a big bank, they do a lot of things that make it feel home town. Also I have had wonderful service from many of the workers. On certain days, ie end of the month and Fridays, it does get packed, but they keep it moving. Good location and great people and lots of services.

Visited on a Friday afternoon and this branch appears to be woefully understaffed. Two folks working at the counters, with one seemingly working with drive-up teller customers (I do appreciate that they still have the drive up lane, as some other branches seem to have discontinued that).
