OMG I receive the best customer service this weekend at Bank of America from Banker Specialist Isamary Cantero Perez and all my questions were answered and we solved my small dilemma. Thank you so much Mrs Perez! She was so kind to me and if you are looking to open a personal or business account I recommend you go see Isamary Cantero Perez at BOA in Madison TN!

Wife and I went to this location to open joint checking and savings accounts. Branch was not busy, only two people in teller line. We were told by a person that I believe was the branch manager that an appoint was required, and they did not have anything available until early June (at least two weeks away). Who does business like that?

The Bilingual Supervisor (Sorry on Name) was outstanding in processing my transaction. I'll never go back to the Lebanon Pike Branch after the service I received here.

Literally the worst experience. I counted 6 people working and only 1 teller. So many non ID holding people in this place that are cashing checks with foreign ID’s and some passports. No regular line for just regular people. I counted 32 people in line and literally it taking 20 minutes to do one transaction at the window. I informed my client (I’m his accountant) that he will be moving his business accounts from this bank. We will be going to a bank that is structured and more professional.

If you're coming here, plan on being here a long time.Edit: in response to your cookie cutter copy and paste response, I can't use the ATM to cash my check, cause I wouldn't be caught dead with an account at Bank of America.

Worlds worst Bank of America. Insanely under staffed. The rides employee I’ve ever met. There was all of two employees in the building. I could hear one on a personal call while I waited in line for 30 minutes to make a deposit. There was no sense of urgency. Literally drive a little further and go to a different one. This location needs to be shut down and turned into a taco bell.

The manager is extremely rude every time I come here. Not only to me but every customer she interacts with.

All the staff is super friendly, helpful amd communicative. A great branch! They helped me deposit 40 year old bonds which I was concerned about doing but they took care of things without a hitch!

I have been with this bank 20+ years. I recently scheduled my appointment for Friday May 14th at my local branch to speak with someone about my pervious jobs savings plan 401k. I went in right after my job to this bank apt. I arrived late but I sat to see if anything could be done that day since I had arrived late. The person at the computer was busy with a couple so I waited to ask if anything would still be able to be done since I was tardy. I approached that person on the computer since I saw the people had walked away. My one and ONLY question was going to be, "Hi, I'm here. Sorry I am late will you guys still see me today?" The lady was loud, short, and gave me attitude. She wouldn't let ask the question. She kept repeating, "I have a customer, go wait your turn!" 3x At this point I felt offended over how loud this person I've never meet before thought it was ok to speak to a customer like that. I had a check to deposit so I went in line to deposit it. The lady now comes along and screams at me that I am not stepping on the red spot. Now I know this lady has it in for me or something because I was minding my own business and she tells me to step back. Again with such loud rude attitude. I felt so humiliated and ashamed of how someone could speak to me at a place of business I broke down into tears. I made it to the front of the line to the teller. I couldn't even speak. I couldn't see from the tears. I was so embarrassed I just left. I went home and I talked to my family were my daughter took it apon herself to scheduled me another appointment for Saturday May 15th at 11:30 am. At the same bank but with this time to speak with the manager about my experience. Well behold the horrible experience I had to go through turns out that she was the manager at this branch. This place just blows my mind how the management can even speak to their customers with such comfort and lack of respect. The manager was arguing with me about the previous day. She said that I was wrong, that she was "Sorry that I felt that way". That she was busy helping other people and that she has to make sure all people follow the rules. Never did I receive a formal apology from her or for her rudeness. Again she was short and said "well what do you want..what can I do for you?" Excuse me, I will NOT be doing business here after arguing with her (management A.K.A. Daniela). She was rolling her eyes and said, "I can make an appointment at another location since you aren't satisfied with my attitude". Wow just shocked that my local bank of america is not willing to screen their management better. I am a active customer and this is my MONEY. Dealing with such under qualified people make me want to rethink my banking needs.Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

Horrible customer service. The cashier yelled my balance to the other side of the room. Then wouldn't cash my paycheck. Idiots. Worst bank in America. No privacy. Definitely going to seek legal counsel for exposing my balance for everyone to hear.
